Eventually, Arabic will win

I cannot understand why Adobe does not have Arabic OCR features. You are missing a huge market. The estimated Arabic speaking population in the world is between 300 and 400 million. Other Middle Eastern languages that use right to left scripts such as Hebrew or Persian are available. The estimated Hebrew speaking population is between 5 and 8 million. The estimated Persian speaking population in the world is around 100 million. Is there any objective reason not to support Arabic OCR?

Just use tessearct for Arabic OCR.

I am waiting for this Arabic OCR feature; how about a update or add-on for that instead of a whole version

Sotoor from RDI is the best commercial arabic ocr overcoming novoverus and google. Just in case you want to adapt a ready solution.

im subsucip in adobe but did not suport arabic OCR

hello guys i have been using your product for at least 15 years and its so much adorable to have this feature to run OCR on Arabic scripts and paragraphs it will such a big hit for all publishers and script writers and etc... i think all customers that are talking about this issue have a big loyalty to your products, so please be honest with your customers and give us the real answer about this request !!! any progress happened till now !!!

Simply incompetence of Adobe team handling Acrobat.
Arabic OCR means OCR for Urdu, Persian, Punjabi and so many other languages automatically.
