ORC without ruining text
Please forward to your designers:
Your OCR and optimization settings are all guesswork and generally produce counter-intuitive results in terms of image quality and file size.
Not only are the results counter-intuitive, it seems there is no combination of settings which does not create a fuzzy mess of the text.
Adobe is incomprehensibly inept at handling its own creation.
NO response from customer for three months. Closing the thread.

Hi,
We are sorry for the issue being faced by you right now. However, to resolve this issues at the earliest please share a sample(non confidential file) on which you are facing the issue and also the action file.
To Export the action file you can :
Go to Action wizard -> Manage Actions -> Select Action -> Export to desired location. To share documents you can use “cloud.acrobat.com/send" and share the link generated after uploading the files.

Example 4: Deskew, used all by itself with nothing else, degrades text quality.
Adobe, you dimwits, why does deskew mess with image quality?

Example 1:
Your imbecilic optimization action wizard, set only to deskew, fuzzes up the text. Why does it have to mess with the text image at all when it is not set to do so?
Example 2:
Using text sharpening either doesn't work at all, or actually makes the text fuzzier.
Example 3:
Doing nothing but OCRing the document nearly doubles the file size.
It is hard to overstate how incompetent Adobe is.
