more than 2 signature / initial options for fill & sign tool
Only 2 signature / initial images can be stored currently. Every time I want another signature I have to swap out an existing image for one from my files. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to maintain a much larger selection of stored signatures / initials for completing documents for multiple members of the household.

I think we all know that the reason this restriction exists is because Adobe are trying to fleece us to fork out cash just to enable basic features like this. It is sad that they are such a major market player when their software is so garbage and exploitative

Adding my vote for having more than 2 stored signatures in Adobe and echoing someone else's rhetorical question: Why is there even a limit?!

Why is this limitation, and why to 2 signatures? And why has this request been ignored since 2017??
I need to put my signature and 2 stamps on a document, what am I supposed to do, print it out and scan after?
Why does Adobe encourage waste and pollution, is global warming something you are profiting from??

Adobe SUCKS. I hate I am forced to use this bloated, moronic layout, limited garbage. Only moron IT people who don't use it pick it. Anyone who does real document work would trash this expensive, limited software. Why only have 2 signatures. You have to think what imbecile thought this limitation was good.

Allow multiple signatures and form fields for same. This is a no brainer, I know of only one admin in our department who has only one person to sign for.

Dear Adobe, I have the same issues as others in these comments, the need to be able to store multiple signatures in Acrobat. I use different versions of some signatures, some being only a first name and a more formal version first, middle, and last. I do this for multiple people so really need this option!

Hi, ADOBE does not care much...we have all been asking for this for years, i have 8 bosses, same thing, and ADOBE has yet to respond, comment or even give a nod that this is an issue, truly disappointed.

My position requires that I sign documents on behalf of multiple people. It would be excellent if I could store multiple signatures inside Acrobat for completing these tasks. Currently, I've just got a folder full of signatures that I have to constantly swap out in order to sign documents. This is quite time consuming and really needs to be addressed

This is clearly an issue when free software like Preview on a Mac can do so.
Please allow more than 2 signatures in that list.
It qwill be more than welcome. -

How has this feature taken SO long to add? The functionality used to exist in previous version of Adobe Acrobat, and has been requested for a LONG time. Looking for alternatives to Adobe Acrobat to sign PDFs as the stamps workaround is less than ideal.

agreed.
workaround I am using is creating custom stamps to stand in for eSignatures. -

is that true? and is it already fixed now?

Solo due firme per Acrobat Reader, appena scaricato: quasi inutile.

Our company switched from a program that allowed unlimited signatures. It's been frustrating for all of the legal assistants who have their attorney's signature, their own signature, and multiple clients' signatures. In many ways, FoxIt was more intuitive and user friendly. The fact that the original post is from 2017 is disheartening.

I look after 3 Operation Managers and need to witness documents, so need to have 4 signatures saved and working from home has highlighted that the 2 only rule is so not working. Adobe needs to upgrade fast.

This feature needs to be upgraded for more than 2 signatures, especially now that so many more people are working remotely.

this is much needed.

Disappointed user commented
Yes, this is very much needed. Sometimes I have to use my middle name and other times not. The only way has been to use the "initials" to have the second signature, which then gives me no initials. There should certainly be an option to add multiple versions of my signature.

that would be great and more convenient.
