Wholeheartedly agree. I use several combinations of initials with my last name as well as two versus three initials throughout the day. A limitation of 2 available is seriously confining for me.

Signing documents isn't always a signature only: stamps, initials, signatures in different colors. Please add more than just the two options. I own 2 companies so I have 2 company stamps and the space is already gone... Thank you. Stephan

Simply adding a signature block where users can add as many signatures and initials as needed will do. This would improve UX (and make logic sense) AND will not be detrimental to security since those processing the signatures are still legally responsible to get the consent from all parties involved under penalty of law... because if they forged a signature, it won't matter if it came from a simulated one that was added straight on paper or via a jpeg in Acrobat. Sorry to say this still happening June 2019, received a tenancy application from agents, I’ve signed but now my husband cannot sign. As regards plus or minus signs, the version that works on iPad doesn’t have these. Bad form, Adobe!

Simply go to your signature click on the minus sign and re-write the signature for the second person. Do the same thing for initials. When you’re done with your document you can always go back and change it back to your signature and initials.

in a widget - we need multiple widget participants. that would solve this.

@sagrover - the problem is that we need 2 different people to sign a document at the same time, to be added to the widget - meaning, we won't have their email addresses. This will work for 1 signature, but the widget requires an email address before you can create it. We need to have room for multiple signatures, from 2 unknown people.

Have you not heard that some documents take more than one signature? I should be able to sign and then pass a document to a coworker and have them sign and then lock....

Please offer this ability! It's time consuming and frustrating to have to work around it.

Please, please, please! Give us the ability to save more than one signature and initial!!!

I was wondering if you were able to create a "Fill and Sign" that can save more than the two signatures?
I would need four personally but others may want more.

I cant get it out of one signature! it's stuck

This 2 sig feature is so out of date! I've requested this for years. Adobe doesn't care.

Users have been requesting this simple modification for years. It's obvious Adobe has no intention of ever offering multiple simultaneous signatures.

I agree with more than 2 signatures. I currently support 3 top executives adding a 4th executive in the coming month. It would be nice to have all 4 signatures available instead of trading out.
