more than 2 signature / initial options for fill & sign tool
Only 2 signature / initial images can be stored currently. Every time I want another signature I have to swap out an existing image for one from my files. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to maintain a much larger selection of stored signatures / initials for completing documents for multiple members of the household.

in a widget - we need multiple widget participants. that would solve this.

@sagrover - the problem is that we need 2 different people to sign a document at the same time, to be added to the widget - meaning, we won't have their email addresses. This will work for 1 signature, but the widget requires an email address before you can create it. We need to have room for multiple signatures, from 2 unknown people.

Have you not heard that some documents take more than one signature? I should be able to sign and then pass a document to a coworker and have them sign and then lock....

Please offer this ability! It's time consuming and frustrating to have to work around it.

Hello sagrover (Admin, Adobe) ,
Do you have any updates on this issue that you've reported to your engineering team on August 8, 2017 ? -

I was wondering if you were able to create a "Fill and Sign" that can save more than the two signatures?
I would need four personally but others may want more.

This 2 sig feature is so out of date! I've requested this for years. Adobe doesn't care.

Users have been requesting this simple modification for years. It's obvious Adobe has no intention of ever offering multiple simultaneous signatures.

I agree with more than 2 signatures. I currently support 3 top executives adding a 4th executive in the coming month. It would be nice to have all 4 signatures available instead of trading out.

When placing signature blocks, you must place both blocks. Otherwise, placing another block is considered an edit, which you cannot do to a signed document.
My office has found a workaround, however. If the document is already signed, and you need to add signature blocks, print to PDF. Once the file is saved, open that version. Now you can place signature blocks on the printed copy.

I use Acrobat DC both for personal & my volunteer CERT work. The older versions of Acrobat allowed for saving multiple signatures/initials so only have 2 in Acrobat DC is a major PITA. Yes, you can delete & create a different signature/initial each time but that is so inconvenient.

I support this suggestion. After signing once, you have to use ms print to pdf and put second signature. So, please add this feature

We are also having an issue with this. Contracts need more than one signature - we received a contract that was signed by the subcontractor and when we try to add the signature we get the message that "the document has been signed and can not be edited" even thought the signature properties state that the "certifier has specified that Form Fill-in, Signing and Commenting are allowed for this document". This is needs to be fixed.

I work in a department that has the same issue as others on this thread. Have anyone came up with a fix for this problem?

I have the same problem. A co-worker signed a document, and several other people need to sign it. But the user interface does not have any tools or widgets for me to sign it now! the old Adobe Acrobat had an easy-to-use "Place Signature" tool, but that has vanished. How do we sign things digitally now? I would be happy to send you screenshots.

I have the same problem, when I sign a document, and then send the PDF to my supervisor for the second approval signature. The file is locked and can not have a second persons signature on the document.

I currently have workflows that require 2 if not 3 signatures. Initial recipient fills in form then sends it to manager for approval then sends the form back to Occupational Health for final review and signature. All this happens via email.
Is there a tutorial for adding the signatures in a fillable form that will allow for 3 or more signatures?
