the signature tool has stopped working
The tool has stopped working, open the tool and you're staring at blank space.

Closing this issue due to lack of further communication from the customer end.

Could you please provide the following details :
1. Version of our Acrobat and your OS.
2. Are you under some network restrictions/firewall ? If yes, make sure that the following endpoints are white listed :
• cloud.acrobat.com
• fillsign.acrobat.com
• files.acrobat.com

Please help me fix my fill & sign tool.. I when i click the tool, the screen goes blank..
The IT person doesn't know how to make it work again. -

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please try out the following steps :
1. Update to the latest version. Go to Help->Check for Updates.
2. Restart your machine.
