Kerning changed to overlapped after extract page

When extract the last page of the attached PDF, the quotation marks at the point 1 of footnotes will be overlapped by other characters.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting the issue.
I tried exact same steps with the file attached, but could not reproduce the issue.
Do yo see this issue with all files or this specific file.
Also what is the version of your OS and Acrobat DC?
