My cursor changes to a really fine open cross hair in Adobe. I am nearly blind and have an awful time finding it. There is evidently no way to change the appearance of the cursor in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but no one on the support forum will actually come out and state this. Why? Is that considered good customer service?
And don't try to direct me to the accessibility settings of Windows 10. I already have the cursor set to the maximum size and to change color based on the background.

Why can't I find something as simple as SAVE AS to save a different version? I cannot understand how the UX for something can be so seriously horrible.

It really does suck. They made it so complicated and the buttons are like blocks for babies.

Adobe just wasted my entire afternoon not loading properly then another hour trying to cancel the paid subscription.

They should have their software download as well as their option to pay. They could not download the software but I had not trouble entering my credit card and signing up for a subscription.

BTW it is taking forever to cancel. They offered 3 free months for the trouble. 3 monts of what? I don't have editing capabilities for PDFs.

Adobe Acrobat DC is very frustrating. I miss the tools from the previous version. The simple tool/option to insert, delete and replace pages is gone, and the Combine Files tool DOES NOT WORK in the DC version. Since I cannot find the "insert page" option, I try to use the "Combine Files" option instead - i choose the pdf file I want to add, click on combine, and all I get is a single file of the page I was trying to add; the original pdf remains just like it was, no added page. Sometimes I can find the insert option, but most of the time i run in circles for up to 10 minutes trying to accomplish this SIMPLE task. So sick of being at the mercy of so-called "upgrades" only to LOSE simple functions. Wasting too much time on this kind of thing. VERY FRUSTRATING.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE, TIME WASTING VERSION BY ADOBE. WHAT A RIP OFF OF TIME AS THE MONEY PART DOESN'T MATTER WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO DO CRITICAL TASKS UNDER THE GUN. ADOBE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO OFFER THIS ****.

Adobe Acrobat DC PRO is a nightmare. you lied to me and everyone else. It no longer has the same tools as the old versions, such as a wide variety of PDF tempaltes to use. You barely have new document creation tools...

You have the nerve to charge people by the month and have no pdf wizard whatseoever. it's sad and pathetic. Your not even decent enough to sell older version...for people that need them.

DC is a useless product and the support people have "NO CONCEPT" on how to use the tools or the features...they just waste your time and preach nonsense...

If you have bugs to report – please explain the workflow and attach relevant files so that our engineers can act on those.

Briefly: Acrobat DC sucks bigtime.

I have $2000 worth the Adobe software that no longer works. No support. Adobe you REALLY SUCK. My computer os nothing more than a desk ornament now. Is this "Net Neutrality"? You want me tp pay you $600 a year to use the software I own, plus $20 a month for the cloud? I don't want the cloud!!!!! You Rat B*******s!

Why are you ******* your customers? If you have a chat service, you need to staff it too... That is obviously a surprise for you!? I have been waiting now for 1 hr (ONE HOUR!!!) without any response. I read yoyr signs and go to another supplier.

Are you kidding me, for the money paid: One needs to take a tutorial to change the highlighter color. What I learn is that it takes several windows and multiple keystrokes. So many other impractical things to complain about. This program is a pathetic excuse for an effective editing tool!!! Cheap phone apps is way more effective...Get with the times

Face it. Acrobat Pro DC is awful. Ugly beyond belief. Unfriendly. Did I mention its awful? Ugly? I'm on a Mac and it does not like my old Acrobat Pro anymore so I cannot go back. Problem is I'm having a hard time finding a good alternative (read: a program that looks and runs like my old sweet Acrobat Pro, more or less). Tried PDFelement. Bought it ... deleted it. What to do? Right now I'm just getting by with Chrome for a reader and mourning the cool app that once was

I really can't understand how a company whose products have set a standard for so long can release something as awful as the latest version of Acrobat. Was it designed by the kids on Take your Kid to Work Day? Did you forget how people actually use apps? Wondering if anyone actually uses it over there....I dread each and every time I have to open it. I want OUT. Someone please take up the charge and develop a replacement for ACROBAT...PLEASE!
