Preparing a document for Send & Sign
I had a 42 page document that I needed to send out for initials & signatures. I carefully [for 30 minutes] prepared the document for sender + 2 signers, sent to be "prepared" and then clicked sign. It came back with me being the only signer in every place I had prepared. This despite checking and double checking the emails addresses were correct for signers 1 & 2. So I tried going in and editing the fields, which still did not resolve the problem. So I deleted the document and redid it...with the same result. I called support and spoke to them for 45 minute with no resolution [case ADB-269200-V1H7] Later I went back into the "prepared" document and found that most of what I had entered ["prepared"] was NOT connected to the proper signer as I had entered it. So I spent another block of time to re-edit. In total I spent about 3 hours getting the document to a correctly formatted form that could be sent out. Can someone explain what happened between me "preparing" and your DC unformatting-uploading ? I can tell you if this happens again I will be changing services.

More info on above Adobe Pro DC ver 2018.009.20050, Windows 7 Pro. The problem occured on this long (42 page) document. Normally I am sending 2-5 page documents to 1 or 2 people and do not see the same issue.

1. Acrobat version you are using (Go To Help-> About Acrobat Pro DC)
2. Operating system details.
3. Is this problem occuring with every PDF file ?Regards,
