Signing in is an arduous process which doesn't work more often than not. I have since found I need to close and open multiple times.
I get the confirmation licensing message after logging in, but it always stays as 'log in' on the top right instead of my name. Restarting and clicking the login box sometimes fixes it. Longterm issue.

Agreed, requests login every 20 min and seems buggy as ****. How can a software company with so much technology have me ready to smash my computer with an axe because of a stupid login bug? This will be the straw that breaks the camel's back -- and makes me wish for a good Adobe competitor to switch to.

Same issue. This program drives me NUTS! Every time I open a doc I need to log in. Then it takes forever, and more than half the time it doest even work and I need to close it out and reopen/sign in again. Real waste of time and as we all know - time is money in the business world. How would Adobe like it if every time they tried to charge someone they got locked up, had to restart the whole process and hope it worked the second or third time through?? Oh - and this happened every single time they tried to charge a customer?!

I have the same issue! It's so frustrating. I have to login about 10 times for Acrobat acknowledge my account.
