Bug: When I go to edit PDF and add web links to a full paged image, the image tilts and causes a white line to appear in the bottom right of the page where the image is no longer covering due to the tilt. Also the entire image will look crooked at this point too. I have to go to Edit > Undo to make it go back. This is weird and very annoying and happens every time I use Edit.
Hi,
Could you try the steps mentioned at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/edit-scanned-pdfs.html#enabledisableautoocr to disable automatic OCR and see if it works?

@Bilal's response seems to "fix" the issue, but I'm voting for this because this UI setting is extremely unintuitive when working with files that are not part of a scanned document workflow. It is not likely that user would use an OCR setting for a document that did not originate from a scanner.
Additionally, this setting should be something that should be set globally, vs. per document.
