error report 0xc0000022
Every time I open Adobe I get the error code 0xc0000022 and a message window saying the application didn't open properly and Adobe is unresponsive.

Please let me know the following information to help resolve the issue:
1) Product you are using (Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader)
2) Exact version of the product (from Help -> About)
3) OS/platform (Win or MAC)
If I run Adobe as the administrator, then the problem goes away. But this does not work for all the other people that try to run the program, and it is a major hassle to do it this way. It needs a fix.
