Signing Form with a CAC card removes ability to use "Fill and Sign" unless you click "Fill and Sign" before using the CAC signature.

1. Detailed steps which you are performing.
2. Your Acrobat version number.
3. Your OS details.
4. It will be great if you could share a video of the problem.
