subscribed to adobe **** to open and edit PDF documents. basically fill and sign forms. instead, I was stuck with adobe creative cloud ****, and no way to change subscription. awesome service (not) called 800 number, tried speaking broken english with an outsourced tech support worker somewhere in india. great company, probably highly accountable to their shareholders, not so much to those actually tasked with using their product.

I would trade all my CC apps for the last functioning Adobe suite before I upgraded and had to pay $50 monthly. Adobe.. give people the option to do that immediately for the love of all that is sacred. I went to the upper peninsula to have some peace and edit video and the ******* app wanted to verify my subscription. **** You Adobe, ruined the available time reserved for editing in peace. I hope you learn to listen to your customers, I don't need a bigger down Java applet **** portal I just need premiere to not almost get me fired on a contract because it $h*ts the bed. Also... Customer service is violently under educated concerning issues customers in out building have, to the point of seeming dishonest.

They aren't wrong. Customer service lies, and when you show them proof of their lies they just lie some more. On top of that, they take money from your account that has not been authorized and deny the **** out of it. Adobe can't invent, all they do is find other great software and exploit them and accumulate their product then redistribute it as if it was adobe's innovation, Substance Painter recently, for example.
