The Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons missing from tool bar.

The Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons, and the zoom percentage text box disappeared from my toolbar, and I can't get them back. These controls are only accessible through the menus or the undocked floating panel. Re-docking the panel doesn't bring these controls with it. Right-click "Show Select & Zoom Tools" doesn't even list them.

    I just downloaded it, and the problem persists. I can't get the standard zoom controls into the top toolbar no matter what I do. Neither "reset toolbars", "show all", nor re-docking the floating panel put the +/-/% zoom tools in the top toolbar.

    (And to confirm, checking for updates shows 19.008.20074 as the installed version)

    On 5th October, I resetted the toolbar several times but that did not fix it. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat - that didn't help either. Some time later, the zoom options and the percentage box magically appeared. Not sure how that happened.

    What info do you need about my computer? I'm running Windows 7 64bit.

    Yes, I have to resort to the undocked toolbar (black floating window) which I dislike using. Re-docking it does not bring those tools into the main toolbar. Resetting the toolbar does NOT bring them back.

    "Reset Toolbars" does not bring back the zoom in and zoom out menu options on the toolbar after this most recent update. Ctrl + and Ctrl - from the keyboard are a workaround, however, having the sizing box (percentage box) back would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing your concerns.
    We have not removed the zoom tools from the main toolbar and those are already there.
    Can you please share your details of your machine configurations?

    I assume you might have undocked the Toolbar so you may be getting a black floating window over the document area which would be having the zoom tools.

    I would request you to kindly Dock it back to the Main toolbar by clicking the rightmost icon from that floating window.

    Also, if this is not the case i would request you to kindly do a right click on your main toolbar and select “Reset Toolbar” from the context menu. (This way your main toolbar will get back to the default state which would anyways be having the Zoom tools.

    Same here! Zoom value box has disappeared along Zoom in/out. It only appears in the undocked panel.
