trim view
it would be really handy to have a preview to trim line
meaning it blocks out the bleed.
the way it's available in InDesign -
so you can toggle back and forth between trim view and bleed view

At least Acrobat should display the trimmed size of the document additionally. It is often hard to determine the final size of customer PDFs containing cutting marks without a deeper look.
