Acrobat DC crashes hourly Running Mojave
Adobe Acrobat DC is just an awful counter-productive tool now in Mojave. It crashes hourly (if not more often) just doing normal very simple tasks that I would normally be able to do in previous Mac OS. It doesn't matter if Im just reviewing a pdf made by someone else, creating a PDF from INDD, adding notes to a supplied PDF, etc etc etc ... it just constantly crashes. No warning, no error, just crash... program just quits out. So counter productive now its killing us as a company. PLEASE FIX!!!
Hi,
Can you please update to the latest version of Mojave (10.14.2) and see if issue persists ?
Thanks

Has anyone seen any kind of solution for this? It is unconscionable for a company whose products are the industry standard to have one of their core applications become essentially useless to the people who depend on it. And not doing anything about it adds insult to injury.

I've been having Acrobat Pro DC crashes for months now.
2 weeks ago I completely removed the CC suite, used the cleaner tool, removed all the Adobe prefs files I could find and it looked as if I finally managed to fix this horrible bug.
Until today.
Again: just opening a simple PDF document freezes Acrobat again.
I'm on a 2016 Macbook Pro,
Mojave 10.14.5
Acrobat Pro DC 2019.012.20034
What does it take to fix this? Please. I'm frantic.

Yes, for me too, this is unbelievable. A company with such a long history, and than this unworkable Acrobat. I have been facing this indeed for several months and no update seems to solve the issue. Even a COMPLETELY new MacOS install with a NEW install of the Creative Suit did not help.
For viewing PDFs MacOS own "Preview" is now my default. Only use Acrobat when I need to comment things. And than save after every comment. Maybe Apple can but Acrobat and integrate this in their system, as Adobe is not capable anylonger to produce bug-free software.

This has been happening for months now. Tried everything. Uninstalling Acrobat, using the cleaner, completely uninstalling CC suite. Sometimes Acrobat works fine or a couple of days.
Then it freezes again upon opening a PDF. This is so unproductive.I cannot believe Adobe is not able to fix this.

Same thing for me. I'm running Mojave 10.14.4 and Acrobat DC is unusable. Have uninstalled, shut down, restarted, reinstalled, and same thing. I've finally uninstalled and gone back to Apple Preview because at least it works. I'm on a 2017 MacBook Pro.

Actually the latest is 10.14.3 which i've upgraded to and it STILL crashes. Its the only adobe product with issues... and there's lots of em. Crashes roughly 6 times a day... probably every other time Im in the program. And its simple stuff, like just reviewing PDF files and maybe adding a note or two sometimes. Crash crash crash... all the time.
