Adobe sign not functioning
errors with adobe sign: I have DC Pro account and I have used adobe sign in the past but not recently. Today I tried to use it and repeatedly got errors. I then tried to access the program online but the solution never loaded. Please see the attached error messages I received while trying to uses the local application. I'm only able to upload one file. I received two different errors. One said server not available, please try later and another saying no access.

Sorry to hear that you are unable to use Adobe Sign in Acrobat DC.
To debug this issue further, we need the following information.
1. Acrobat version installed on your machine
2. Is this issue occurring for every file ?
3. Have you enabled any proxy settings in your network ?
4. Please share fiddler logs while perform the steps again.
5. Are you able to Adobe SIGN using the url https://secure.echosign.com/public/login in the web browser ?
