Disable Floating Icon

Is there a way to disable the floating icon?
The recent release introduced this feature. I don't find it useful at all, it always in my ways while I was doing the editing. It would be nice to be able to disable this feature.

    HI V4,

    We have recently Released the Acrobat and Reader , and with this update we have removed the floating toolbar feature from all the Apps. You will not be getting the Floating toolbar on editing now.

    Also we have introduced the option for Floating Toolbar to turn off from Preference. Please follow the below steps to hide the floating toolbar.

    Goto Preferences
    Goto General Tab
    Uncheck the Box Saying "Show quick actions on text selection"

    You will not be getting the floating toolbar now. In Case you want to use it in future you can always go back and check the box again to use it.
