Support SVG and SVG's accessibility features
SVG graphics have some helpful accessibility features. Is it possible to incorporate these into the PDF structure? This could be a big improvement in PDF accessibility.

How was this issue resolved? I also want SVG support and would like to know how it's possible to save svgs in a Word document to Acrobat in a way that preserves scalable vectors.
