Spell check as you type

I'd like to have spell check AS I TYPE while writing post-it note comments in Acrobat. Every other form field in the world checks spelling as you type...but not Acrobat. Why? This is a ridiculous product limitation!

    I have the box checked. I'm looking for it to auto-correct as I type, not just underline my misspellings.

    Thank you for sharing your experience with Adobe Acrobat.

    Please check and confirm if the “Check Spelling While Typing” in Preferences > Check Spelling is enabled/disabled. With the preference enabled, it helps dynamically spell-check to underline potentially misspelled words while you type.

    If you continue to observe the issue, please share the following details
    1. What Build are you seeing this issue with?
    2. Are you observing this on Windows or MAC, or both?
    3. Do you see this issue on Acrobat or Reader, or both?
