No money in my account
Good day, every month I get the same billing problem. For most of the month, I don't have any money in my account.I get paid only then 15th of every month.
If my pay day falls into a weekend, i.e. a Saturday or a Sunday, then I get paid on the Friday before the weekend.
I find that there is no flexibility regarding my payments to yourselves.
Firstly, I think for the most part, it is not usually a change in banking details.Furthermore, there is no provision for a button on this site to inform yourselves that have not changed banks but that, rather, there was insufficient funds.
Bequase of this, every single month I have the inconvenience of writing an email to your accounts department in order for them to charge my card when there is money in it.
Could you please make the system more user freindly with regards to payments.
