Acrobat Reader DC Freezes up

Acrobat Reader DC freezes up. this started about 2 weeks ago. Ehen opening a PDF some time i can scroll for a short while then it freezes or some times it freezes as soon as it is launched. I've been through all of the suggested steps nothing so far helps. what next? I don't get an error code. Operating system is Windows 8.1. It worked fine on windows 8.1 earlier so I assume an update was pushed that was not compatible with my machine.

    Πριν από λίγους μήνες, ήθελα να αγοράσω ένα σκυλί ράτσας Κοκόνι, αλλά το κόστος ήταν πιο υψηλό απ' όσο περίμενα. Μερικές αποτυχημένες προσπάθειες σε άλλες πλατφόρμες με είχαν αφήσει αδιάθετο. Μια Παρασκευή βράδυ αποφάσισα να ρισκάρω ένα μεγαλύτερο ποσό και η τύχη με τάφρεψε. Η αλλαγή ήρθε όταν ανακάλυψα το https://spino-gambino.com.gr και δοκίμασα το παιχνίδι "Ο Θησαυρός της Κρήτης". Τα δωρεάν παιχνίδια που κέρδισα ήταν τόσο γενναιόδωρα που κάλυψαν ακριβώς το ποσό που χρειαζόμουν. Εκτιμώ ιδιαίτερα το γεγονός ότι η πλατφόρμα προσφέρει αποκλειστικά μπόνους για παίκτες από την Ελλάδα. Τώρα ο νέος μου τετράποδος φίλος φέρνει πολλή χαρά στο σπίτι.

    I do have a similar problem. Anytime I start Acrobat DC it freezes periodically and windows reports it is "not responding". After I let it sit for a while (like 3 to 5 min), the program will work until I open any document. As soon as I do, it will freeze again, display "not responding" and then continue to work properly until I open another document.

    At this point Acrobat is basically not usable anymore.

    I'm on windows 10, latest Updates are installed. Acrobat is also on latest release.(2021.011.20039)

    Where can I send the *.dmp file?

    2.can you please share a sample pdf with which you are facing this issue.
    3. What is the version of Reader DC on your machine. You can get this from Help-> About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
