Also allow the admin to set the destination email for invoices to be something other than users login. This is necessary for large companies with accounting departments that require invoices to be logged

Most providers send invoices by mail or enable administrators to download the invoice for a payment applied by card. In his case, it is not like that and it is a nightmare for those of us who have to manage the accounting accounts and keep track of the documents.
Please help to facilitate the process

Cannot believe this is still an issue...

Lots of paying customers looking for a relatively simple resolution here. Considering the cost of your platform this should be a gimme. I want to be able to send invoices automatically to my accountant as per pretty much every other software solution out there. There is no excuse for this not being a feature after 3 years of requests. Get on with it.

Adobe cares about shareholders, not customers. What are you gonna do? Quit using their products? lol

Please add this feature, we are now using HubDoc and AutoEntry so need invoices set directly to our accountancy software.

20/11/2020 - 224 Votes - By far the most of any of the ideas on this site. How about looking at the issue guys?
As an aside - does anyone from Adobe even look at this site now? This issue has been "under review" since Jan 11, 2018, with no further responses.

This is unbelievable that it isn't a thing, I have to log in every month and manually send our accountant an invoice

And allow us to set where this email is set to. Contract owners are rarely the ones who are accountants

Come on ADOBE. It's 2020, not 1920. You are a software company. Figure this out.

just adding on here, i'd like to find out if this ever gets implemented. It makes reporting expenses much more challenging at the end of the month.
