How to get a monthly invoice
- Sign in to https://account.adobe.com/plans.
- Click Manage plan or View plan.
In Billing history, select either:
- to view a PDF of your invoice
- to send a copy to your email address.
To print the invoice, do one of the following:
- Select the PDF viewer’s Print icon.
- Choose File > Print in your browser.

Yes totally agree bet they would start if we stopped paying. May be that's the answer only pay on a reminder email (obviously not practical)

OMG - this looks as though Acrobat is a sibling to Xero - It has lots of customers who want something simple that is easy to implement, and nobody at the company wants to take the request seriously.
"Let's get our customers to vote on ideas, and then we can look as though we are taking them seriously - (but we really aren't because all we have to do is say that other ideas have more votes)."
Come on Acrobat. How hare is it to send an invoice - you are already sending an "order". And how about the stupid "Only the Contract Owner can view the invoices."? What a load of crock. Just because the owner of a company wants to be able to have control of what products are being purchased, does not mean that they want to have to log in to a stupid website every month, download an invoice/many invoices and distribute the same to staff members/accounts departments. This SHOULD be something that is either; automated so that the invoices get emailed out, or other people in the company that have been given ADMINISTRATOR rights can do for themselves.
Come on Adobe - get with the game!

What can't I subscribe to automatic email invoices for my monthly invoices? It's inconvenient and a burden for tracking monthly business expenses for small businesses.

Agreed. Email invoices to your customers, it is the very least you can do for our $1,000+ per month expenditure. I raised this directly with Adobe staff many times.

Please can the monthly invoice be sent along with the email notification 'We have received your order'. This would be very helpful to not have to login to the admin console each and every month. Thank you

As a non-profit, we have many separate Adobe accounts in our organization because our funding comes from many sources. It is very difficult for our Accounting Dept. to connect each invoice to the individual user's account. PLEASE - can you put something unique to that user - email or last name or something - on each invoice? It would help so much!

Having to login to multiple accounts print out invoices for my accountant is really quite unacceptable. I fail to understand why this particular notification is unavailable.
