Blinking Forms
Form endlessly blinks, the text does not show properly as you are typing, very slow if you try to suffer through and use it anyway (color wheel appears after a few clicks). This is only an issue on my new MacBook Pro (M1 with Big Sur). My 2015 iMac with Catalina does not have the same issue.
Hi, This issue has been escalated. Currently engineering team is working on the fix. Please expect the fix soon.

Using MacBook Air M1 2020. Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader. Specific fillable forms (notably the HCFA1500 form used for medical billing) are flashing throughout attempts to fill. Tried new versions of the form, restarting machine, blah blah, all the usual attempts to fix this from the user-end. Obviously from reading these boards, it's not user error. Need help from Adobe pls. The problem renders the "fill and sign" program useless.

Come on Adobe, this is ridiculous. You do realize most of us using these forms are using them for business, right? This is insanely unprofessional. Please get this fixed.

It drives me crazy… The enclosed example is still relatively harmless. From time to time, the screen flickers for seconds, especially if form fields are included. Buttons in particular.

Same issue here. Pretty absurd that Adobe haven't corrected this by now.

This is absolutely ridiculous! The Apple M1 Chip has been out far too long for this issue to still be there. I sympathize with those who suffer from Migraines, as trying to fill out a PDF form with constant blinking has also give me migraines.
As many of you are, I too spend $180/yr with Adobe. Something needs to be done, and it needs to be done now. -

ADOBE: This major bug makes PDF forms unusable on M1/Big Sur computers.
PLEASE view user comments and details at https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/pdf-fillable-forms-are-blinking-non-stop/m-p/12633346/
The problem makes the text disappear when typing in form fields, and causes accessibility issues for those using certain types of assistive technologies.
The solutions posted there are not true solutions and this must be corrected at the software level for those running new Apple systems.
