Not implemented, and the service reps just send responses to which they know they won't get a reply. Basically their customer service has figured out how to make their job 100% replying with stock blurbs and 0% fixing customer concerns. There are literally over 100 pages on this forum of complaints about the pop ups.

This is not implemented.
Adobe, you need to start listening to your paying users. I for one am very tired of this and I'm actively looking for other solutions. I'm paying to much to be strong armed by you. -

This shouldn't be marked as implemented, we are still getting way too many pop ups in the desktop software.
To answer the admin's question from September, it's any of the blue messages that pop up in the top right corner. It's often about new features, but can also be just repeats for old(er) features if the user has chosen not to activate them. I often get pop ups about e-sign features, it's the same messages over and over.
I think what people want is the option to turn off these "helpful" messages entirely. Nobody wants things getting in the way of their current task - as much as I hate excess email, an email announcement would be much better. THAT is the format to deliver communications, NOT in the software itself.
Relatedly, we should also be able to immediately disable all "new user tutorial" pop ups when installing the program - just a simple "I'm not a new user" selection that cancels it entirely.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As there has been no further activity or updates from your end following our previous replies and considering that some of the suggestions have already been implemented, we will be closing this thread. Please feel free to log/raise a separate ticket in case of any other issue.

I never expected to find a service that made everything so easy and stress-free. From placing the order to receiving the final work, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The writing was excellent, with thorough research and thoughtful execution that matched exactly what I needed. If you’re like me and sometimes feel overwhelmed by deadlines, https://writemyessay.today/ is a fantastic option to consider. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here.

Hi Jesse, thanks for reporting it. We already have a limit to appearance of any prompt to help users better get navigated or use our Acrobat. Do you have any reference which specific pop-up you are referring here by attaching a screenshot, It will help us fix the issue specifically that is appearing repeatedly.
