Highlight "pencil case" - changing highlight color easilyIn reading papers, I use multiple highlight colors simultaneously, yet changing colors demands too much clicks. Currently, there are two ways of changing the color: 1) highlight using the previously used color, click on the highlight, click to change color; the next highlight will use this changed color by default. 2) using the property bar/highlighter tool properties, you click on the top-down menu, click to select a new color and then highlight. Both options requires two clicks. Suppose the physical world: you have highlithers in multiple colors, and in one action you chose the color you want to use. My… 1 vote

crapy new interfaceThe new interface is really ****. The toolbars must be more user-friendly, and we should be able to hang in the bar at the top OR on the right OR on the left, or even be able to put it ELSEWHERE than in the working window (as in some old versions). Looks like the people who developed this version aren't actually working with their own product. Worst update I've seen in 15 years. 1 vote

highlight roundedI really loved the rounded edges of highlights. Now they are gone; highlight edges are not rounded anymore! Can you change it back to being rounded? or at least let the users decide on the highlighting edges? 4 votes

hide commentWhere is the hide all comments option? In the past version there was a toggle that hid all comments but it's no longer there. It was useful because I can go over a document many times with a different color each time e.g. a document with questions, I can highlight my first pass in a color then hide all comments then do a second pass in another color, but now I can't do that. 1 vote

Text BoxesWhen inserting text onto my pdf file, the text box ends up "copying and pasting" onto other pages in my document randomly. This is super frustrating because accuracy is incredibly important for my job. 2 votes

comment is deletedComment is deleted when clicking the x button in the upper right corner of a comment bubble.
When typing a comment directly in the comment bubble, it gets deleted when clicking the x button in the upper right corner. This is a new behaviour. I have lost so many comments by this. It does not happen, when editing an already existing comment.

New comment issue as of 1/4/24As of Thursday 1/4/24, sticky notes vanish as soon as they are entered, and if I type more than word in a highlight pop-up box, the font downsizes from my norm. Acrobat Pro on Windows 11 PC 3 votes

Comment tools menuThe default layout of the comment tools menu has changed significantly in the new version of Adobe Acrobat DC and finding how to add functions like strikethrough and replace to the banner menu is not easy. This is frustrating for editors and typesetters who have to explain to authors how to proofread their galley proofs. Previously, I simply had to explain how to use Acrobat's comments function. Now, I'll have to explain to them how to find the menu to change the tools that appear on the banner, which is hard enough to figure out because it's just a bunch… 15 votes
