  2. When exporting a PDF via an Email Attachment, Acrobat is not usable until the email is sent. Outlook is also not accessible until the new mail window is closed. The prevents the user from being able to navigate through Outlook or accessing the acrobat application until the email is sent or the email window is closed.

  4. I often export a PDF file into JPG/PNG files, more than 400 JPGs/PNGs, and I think the speed is too slow. Acrobat DC doesn't use the full cores of my Intel Core i9-13900H & Nvidia RTX 4070 (Gigabyte Aero 16 2023).
The Utilization of CPU is only 27%. I think 95% will be very helpful for me. Please read the uploaded files.
I wish Acrobat DC will support multi-cores and advanced GPU to transform a PDF into JPG/PNG very quickly.

  6. After exporting a pdf as images and combining the files. It won't save the combined file. When I hit "save" and choose a location it doesn't save and the save icon stays lit. This only happens with images I export from Acrobat. I can combined PDFs perfectly fine. I have Windows 11

  7. Just fix the totally screwed up s pile you have made of my adobe files which I can no longer open, attach to emails or send to dropbox. I have one file which is large 10 MB but which was fine two years ago. it represents two months of a building design which I now require and which will not open. Same story with numerous other files as well. Thanks for nothing. I will spend a small fortune now paying a tech to sort this spile out. Your unrequested update a year or so ago totally f'd my adobe files…

  8. Hi, I have a large PDF document with multiple custumers, Customer reports are not eaven (Cust1 has 5 page report, Cust2 has 28 page report) but are numbered (1,2,3,4,5. 1-28 ) and the report header has the customer account number document date and name.

The ideal solution it would be to split by Customer number and on the output option rename the document with the Customer No and document date

    (Cust101-30-2023.pdf contains 5 pages and Cust201-30-2023.pdf contains 28 pages)

  9. Hi,
When exporting an excel file - if a hyperlink is entered as a direct cell address (through command + k) then the exported links from Adobe works. If the hyperlink is created from a formula (the cell address is found from a formula) then the exported file links don’t work. The cell address isn’t always known, so having Adobe recognise the cell address from a formula would be really helpful. Thank you.

  10. BUG REPORT - EXPORT TO POWERPOINT - SENSIBLE BUG
When you export (sometimes) to powerpoint. Adobe produce misspellings, missing letters. For example the word infinite is changed to ininite.
I can reproduce the bug with some pdfs that I have.

  14. I need to compare a long list of file names (~150) to the list from my friend to see what pdf files I am missing.

I need a way to print the list of the names of the files from a folder and export to EXCEL.

My workaround for now is to take a screenshot of the File List, then “Import Data From Picture” in EXCEL. Which sometimes is not very accurate.

It would be much better to have the functionality to print a pdf report of the file names as a separate pdf. Maybe call the function “Table of…

  17. I would like to report an issue on Adobe Acrobat DC. I don't own any Adobe Acrobat DC application license (my apology), so I am unable to verify it myself. The issue is reported from a user of an open source typeface I authored, and from my investigation I believe this is related to the Adobe Acrobat application, or specifically, the PDFMaker. So I would like to bring this to your attention.

The typeface I work with is called Chiron Hei HK (https://github.com/chiron-fonts/chiron-hei-hk). It is derived from Source Han Sans, an open source typeface from your company. The…

  18. When combining multiple pdf documents, it's been found that if those documents were batch-converted from docx to pdf through Windows Explorer right-click 'Convert to PDF' option, combined as sub-sections/parts/chapters, then combined together again to generate a complete document, that the final compiled pdf document will generate numerous font glitches in specific font types.

While the first-stage pdf conversions & combine-as-pdf (step-1&2) appear normal, when the resulting pdfs are combined into a single pdf file (step-3), the font glitches occur. This may manifest of dropped letters, unexplained spacing, odd formatting, or otherwise unintelligible text. We noticed this in our section headers…

  19. Exporting a PDF to JPEG in Acrobat Pro DC 21.011.20039 to multi-user network drives does not work. The files immediately get deleted upon exporting. Local drives or single-user network drives work fine. Two of our users are experiencing this behaviour with different PDF-files, so it's not only one specific file.

    Our OS is Win10 1909 (Build 18363.2094)

We verified it is not an issue with their authorization on the network drive and we unsuccessfully tried the "Repair installation"-feature of Acrobat.

The only solution we found is setting the compatibility mode of Acrobat.exe to "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)", but that…

  20. On the browser, one cant select and export part of pdf. Whole pdf is required to be exported. This is just such a wasted effort. First you export whole file and then search for selected text. Can easily be avoided by enabling selected export.
