Search Feature - AI Issue
Currently if i type in the search box and press "Enter" to try to begin searching it automatically starts in the AI Assistant Suggestions option for "Explain this document to me". Please revert this change or fix this bug as it makes searching the document more time consuming.

Inconvenient popups when opening the app
When I open up Adobe Acrobat, I get spammed with numerous popup windows that immediately show up when I start the app. The activity I was going to do gets interrupted, and I get mad, and all of a sudden I'm sending this feedback to Adobe, before even finishing said activity I was in the midst of completing.
Please do not show many popus at the start showing any X Y Z feature. Maybe WAIT a little, have the popup appear a little later, when I am already using the app.

Convert .JFIF files to Acrobat PDF
I combine dental records and x-rays into patient.pdf files. Newer x-rays utilize a .jfif format. Acrobat does not recognize this file type. My work around has been to change the file extension from .jfif to .jpg, but this is not the preferred solution. Having Adobe Acrobat recognize .jfif files as images and import or convert them as such would save me a step several times each day.

scrolling feature SUCKS!
Do you know how BAD scrolling feature has gotten? if you want to select text in the file and if it's more than one page, do you know how catastrophic it has become?
at the very beginning when Adobe was a small startup, this would have made sense (given we go back when it started), now it's just a big failure.
Don't you guys have some quality assurance team checks for this sort of basic things?
One more thing, I've always set Adobe as default app for PDFs, not any more ....

Editing a pdf
I have never been so miserable as when i try to edit a pdf in acrobat. It is slow, it is dysfunctiontal and stressful. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE.

Account Sync
I'm getting tired of having browser windows pop up trying to get me to go premium because the software hasn't recognized my license yet.
All I have to do is close the main Acrobat window and it forgets who I am. It takes about 3 minute it take to re-verify my license, making me wait to use the software I'm paying for.

opening new tab in browser
Stop opening my web browser with a link to a subscription service when I click on a page in my documents. First off, your service for ONLY PDFs is not worth money. Second, the only features for subscribers can be done better by a million other services. Even while subscribed, half of these features did not work in the slightest and I was constantly harassed to use a half baked AI.

Scrolling
Bad scrolling on MacOS with Logitech MX Master 3 using Logi+
This is the only app I've used on my laptop that doesn't scroll well when using a Logitech mouse with Logi+ software. Tap the scroll wheel and you are on another page as if it scrolls 10 lines at a time. Accidentally touch the scroll wheel when putting your hand on the mouse and it'll jump around like it's trying to find a new book.
Please fix.
Scrolling returns to normal after uninstalling Logi+
Everyone else can figure it out, not sure why a company like Adobe struggles so…

Show Online Storage
Disable "Show Online Storage" by default. The extra window it forces open is a total waste of time, and there is no way a sane person would ever guess that that you would have to go to Preferences General, and uncheck something called "Show Online Storage" to eliminate the waste of time that it is when trying to save documents.

Please share the word "Adobe Acrobat" on your application when I open a pdf file. There are so many scammer applications out there that I can't tell anymore if my application actually opened in Adobe Acrobat. :-)
While you are at it, can you please fix your UI so the stupid x isn't covering my text right where I'm typing. See attached screenshot. This is so annoying.

The "This appears to be a long document. Save time by reading a summary." banner is a disgrace.
The "This appears to be a long document. Save time by reading a summary." banner is disrespectful and a disgrace. My document only had 6 pages and this popped-up. How you shove AI tools in our faces has gone beyond all dignity. Also, this banner "eats up" monitor space and therefore my document is displayed smaller than it could have been! Add an option inside preferences to prevent this banner from appearing.

Rectangle Changes Size When Releasing Mouse Button
When drawing a rectangle in Adobe Acrobat, it appears as a certain size while you drag the corner for sizing, but then when you release the mouse button, the rectangle shrinks slightly. It would be much easier to accurately draw these if the size did not change at all when releasing the mouse button.

keeps Freezing on pdf's
Keeps freezing on opening a PDF, hardly usable, same pdf opens up on MS edge without any issue at all. Why am i paying through the nose for programs that struggle to do basic ****? it should just open and work, a useless program like edge seems to do it without issue, and its free. but adobe can handle a 2mb pdf wit out begging to be closed.

Single Page Continuous doesn't work
I chose the option "Single page continuous" as my default in preferences, but it doesn't work.
Steps to reproduce: Choose "Single Page Continuous" in preferences. Open a pdf document for the first time.
Environment: Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 ; Adobe Acrobat Continuous Release | Version 2024.005.20320 | 64-bit
Expected behavior: Continuous scrolling.
Observed behavior: Page-wise scrolling.
