  2. Many professionals use Adobe Acrobat to handle PDFs, but its automation and script execution capabilities are limited. Users often rely on external executors to run advanced scripts for document processing.

A built-in optimized script execution system within Acrobat could:
    ✔️ Improve workflow automation
    ✔️ Reduce manual repetitive tasks
✔️ Enhance compatibility with custom scripts

For those interested in external solutions, you can check https://delta-executor.pro/, which offers an efficient approach to script execution.

Would love to hear thoughts from the community—how do you currently automate your Acrobat tasks?

  3. Get your fingers out of my business. I pay the full price to use your software. So stop shoving pop-ups for new functions and other services in my face. I'm trying to work here. I'm not here for fun, and I sure as **** am not here for YOU. It's supposed to be the other way around. You're supposed to be the industry leader; act like it or I'll find another provider. They'll still push pop-ups in front of me, but they'll charge half the price for it. You should be ashamed.

  4. Dear Adobe Team,

I would like to suggest an improvement for Adobe Acrobat: the addition of a small preview pop-up when hovering over bookmarks, internal links, or external links within a PDF. Many modern applications provide such a feature, allowing users to quickly preview the destination before clicking.

This enhancement could greatly improve navigation efficiency, especially for users working with large PDFs containing extensive bookmarks, cross-references, or hyperlinks. A small pop-up showing the linked page, section title, or even a thumbnail of the target page would make it easier to locate information without unnecessary clicks.

    Would it be possible to…

  5. Dear Adobe Team,

I would like to suggest an improvement for Adobe Acrobat regarding the Bookmarks panel width adjustment. Currently, every time a PDF is reopened, the Bookmarks panel resets to its default width, requiring manual resizing each time. This can be inconvenient, especially for users who frequently work with PDFs that contain extensive bookmarks.

I kindly request that Adobe Acrobat include:

A setting to customize the default width of the Bookmarks panel, allowing users to define a preferred size in the application preferences.
An option to remember the adjusted width after resizing, so that the panel remains at the…

  6. The "+ Create" button needs to be removed from the Tab bar and placed onto the All Tools bar. I routinely hit the Create button when intending to resize or move the Acrobat window, the button quite literally couldn't be in a worse place. (Even just moving it to the front of the tabs would alleviate the issue) The only option to hide the button is to disable the new Acrobat, which is ridiculous.

  9. Get a smaller, lighter Acrobat Reader without artificial intelligence. The current one is too big and makes the computer very slow (including when starting up). I just need a PDF reader, with markup, commenting and quick search tools!

  10. This may not be new but I don't have time to read every other post on here.

When I open a PDF, 99.9999999% of the time my only purpose is to read that document. I am sick of having to minimize right and left menu windows taking up a huge amount of the screen, just so I can read the document. Death by a thousand clicks. Please create a setting to allow an Adobe window to open with these menus minimized.

  12. In Acrobat, the Create button at the top right is defective. When I click to the right of th ebuttonn (to move a window), Acrobat thinks I'm clicking the create button. I am absolutey trying to avoid that stupid button. IMO, the button is not needed. But in any case, the area to the right of the button should not be a "hot zone" for the button.

  13. The tool bar is unneccesarily large and floats over the document. Although it is possible to move it, needing to do so every time I want to see the top left corner of my PDF is frustrating.
Overall there is a lot of bloat and pointless white space on all the menus and side bars, but especially the page side bar. It takes up a quarter of the window area automatically and there is no clear way to change the settings about autolaunching it or prefering a more compact version if it does autolaunch.

  14. Business success in addition to client satisfaction depends on keeping customer relationships strong to achieve long-term profit retention through account management practices. Account managers maintain direct relations with customers and address their requests and concerns while searching for chances to promote complementary products. The representatives in financial services track client accounts by maintaining oversight and conducting compliance assessments while monitoring financial transactions. Account management that delivers targeted support together with individualized service proves essential for maintaining customer loyalty and advancing commercial relationships which consequently leads to higher income output.

  15. Ability to hide 'Recommended tools for you' at the top of Acrobat home page above Recent. The purple-red-white gradient is visually ugly, and I would prefer a clean white page with just Recent files, which is useful. Professional users don't need 'Recommended tools for you', we can find them when we need to.

  16. In the latest update pushed this week, 2024.005.20421, the Light Theme "Old" style Acrobat (Pro and Reader) version was updated to 2024.005.20421 recently. The "Light Gray" Display Theme File Menu bar highlights color changed and is hard to read the text since it doesn't change the text to White like the main window bar. When the mouse hovers over the File Menu options, the dark Blue color overpowers the text color which stays a dark gray. See attached. Before, it wasn't a blue highlight but a gray with black text.
No changes to the Windows 11 system settings for Color…

  17. I want to see ALL of the tools in the tools pane. It's called the ALL tools pane but doesn't actually show you ALL of the tools. ?? It randomly truncates the list and shows a "view more" option; and the bottom of the pane is needlessly wasted with prompts to use other tools like "Check out new e-sign tools." I don't want or need to see any of that - just want the tools; but there's no way to turn off the waste of real estate at the bottom of the pane.

  18. When we have a problem in Acrobat and try to find a solution by modifying a parameter, we go to [Menu] > [Preferences...] and arrive at a panel containing thousands of parameters in dozens of subsections. We have no choice but to browse and read all the parameters one by one, hoping to find something relevant. It may take hours to go through cycles of "Change a parameter/Restart Acrobat/Check/Undo parameter change/Look for another parameter" with the risk of missing the relevant parameter! This is not a tolerable way to propose parameters when there are so many! You need to update…

  19. Do not force a chage to this new GUI that you are trying to create it is not user friendly and will make it so we can no longer use Acrobat within our business model. It makes something that is super quick turn into something that now takes 3 to 4 times longer because you are forcing your thoughts on your users instead of leaving well enough alone. The program works amazingly and does not need a User Interface GUI change.
