1. Adobe reader DC FileMaker Claris (webpreview) wont work

   Hello
   Filemaker container PDF preview doen't work on WIndows 10
   After windows 10 instal update KB5003637, container preview doen't work.
   This problem persist about 3 weeks.

2. copy and paste on chinese fonts

   Dear Support,

   In Mac version Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (ver: 2021.005.20048), open pdf file and copy Chinese fonts and paste to notepad, it will lose some fonts. I try to remove this version and install old version (2021.001.20155), it have not any problem. Can help to check it?

3. bookmarks that can be copied and pasted

   In the regulatory field for medical devices or pharmaceuticals; we often have to create documents which refer to the many ISO regulations, etc. copying and pasting the bookmarks in their entirety, and in one go, would save these people a significant amount of time and be yet another reason why adobe should be considered over competitors

4. Provide 64-bit acrobat option

   Even with 32gb of RAM, 64-bit windows 10 O/S, and i9 processor, it is difficult to open a 150 page pdf file with 36"x48" sheets of drawings. We get the out of memory error all the time or the pages are blank.

5. Ineffeciency of update

   A week or so ago, I went to prepare Adobe documents as per usual. Apparently an update was done. This update has severely slowed down my productivity. When I combine pages to create a document, I have to wait for Adobe to recognize the pages. Once that happens, I have to click on "save". Then I'm required to re-name the document (click and drag over the name given by Adobe) and click "save". Previously I could name the document while it was merging and could hit my enter button on the keyboard instead of having to use the mouse to click the option to save. I'm estimating I'm losing 30 minutes of productivity on a busy day due to this.

9. Open PDF-Files via MS-excel (2019) Hyperlink

   I have a lot of PDF- files in portrait format eg. bills.
   When I doubleklick these files with MS-file-Explorer then Acrobat shows these in a standard Window. When I use Excel hyperlinks to show these files they maximize the window. This makes no sence with a widescreen monitor. So I have to dobleklick at the upper border to show it in the way I like. I didn't find any way to solve that problem. When I install F...t-Reader instead, It works fine.
   So I don't think that this is an Excel based problem.
   I think it's very easy for you to improve that.

10. Acrobat Pro DC Crashes as soon as it opens on Windows 10

    I have Acrobat Pro DC fully licensed which I have used for many years, but I now cannot use it as it crashes (just closes) as soon as I launch it every time. I have run the Acrobat repair, but this has not fixed it. Is this due to a Win 10 update? I am using Win 10 Pro (version 2004) build 19041.928, not running any other apps when acrobat crashes.

12. pdf keeps closing

    Everytime I open a PDF either using Adobe DC or Adobe Reader, it closes after a few seconds with no errors. I have tried all suggested troubleshooting and nothing works.

14. Could Adoble please create a Senior/Disabled pricing option

    Hi there, the companies I've worked at and later in my career, I personally have always used Adobe products. Always paid for all the software I used over the years and updated regularly. Now I find myself the victim of an unfortunate accident that has left me with what seems to be permanent brain injury. In spite of several years of therapy so far, I am no longer able to work as a creative director/designer..

    I still have hopes that I might one day recover enough to return to work, but as of the last 5 years I have been unable to hold a job. Given my limited income I can't afford the new CC rates, but I still love to do personal (non-profit) projects for myself. I run CS6.5 on my old work computer, but time is running out for it. When it dies my circumstances probably won't have changed, and I still won't be able to afford CC rates.

    Could Adobe not create a Retired/Disable category of pricing? There are so many of us that supported your company, for years, could you not give us a break now when we can no longer afford professional pricing?

16. Flattening a PDF for print

    I'm getting no sensible suggestions on how to flatten a file for printing. This is one of the simplest and most basic of needs for the printing industry and I'm just staggered at the lack of clarity everywhere I look and whenever I ask. I work in Word to create artwork then convert this to a PDF but the existing pathway to flattening the file does not work and creates a chaotic image with bits missing and colours changed. How do I flatten a PDF???

17. Pre-Made Standard Stamp for Plaintiff's Exhibits

    There needs to be a Standard Business stamp for lawyers. It should mimic the Exhibit labels we must use on documents that will become exhibits at trial. Most documents come to us now in digital form. It makes no sense to print them onto paper, place an Exhibit sticker on them, and then scan them back for submission to the court. We ought to be able to digitally put a stick on them from the Standard Stamp file, and then enter an exhibit number on each one. (Your Bates Stamp feature does this beautifully. Wish there were exhibit labels set up the same way.) Plaintiff's stamps should be yellow. Also, some labels say "Plaintiff's Exhibits ID" meaning they are for Identification only. So it would be nice to have the option to add ID onto the label, or else have a separate stamp for that. Here are some samples of exhibit labels at Amazon. I am hoping for the yellow plaintiff's stickers that are shown.
