1. Requesting the addition of the time zone for Newfoundland, GMT-3:30

   My time zone is not in the drop down list of my settings for Adobe Acrobat online. I am requesting two features:

3. Using existing E-sign templates on different PDFs without creating a new template

   Add the ability to apply the existing E-sign template to a PDF on the editing menu.
   So if I have similar PDFs with minor changes- we won't need to create a new template for it, just to apply an existing one.

   By using the existing E-sign template it will add all the Fields from the template & will let us do some editing at the preparation stage.

   Even software like DocuSign has this kind of feature...

4. Ability to change "default" settings at the User level for Adobe Sign

   As of right now, if I want to change the "default" setting for "Signing Order" to "Recipients will sign in any order", but a user on our account would like to have that setting default to "Recipients will sign in the order they are entered" for themselves (at the user level), this is currently not possible as confirmed by Adobe Support a few minutes ago. It would be helpful for users to be able to change some of their own default settings rather than only having account-wide default settings for every single user. This is also true for setting a default "Reminder" interval such as "every business day". It seems like an easy fix to allow users to set their own default settings for simple features like these.

   As of right now, if I want to change the "default" setting for "Signing Order" to "Recipients will sign in any order", but a user on our account would like to have that setting default to "Recipients will sign in the order they are entered" for themselves (at the user level), this is currently not possible as confirmed by Adobe Support a few minutes ago. 5. Universal Use of Digital Signature in BOTH Desktop App and Web Version of the program

   Adobe needs to make the option of using a Digital Signature universal regardless of whether using the desktop application or web version. Currently, you can ONLY use a Digital Signature through the Desktop Application. This should be a universal option regardless of whether using the desktop app or web version.

6. Show files needing signature or other action

   I just got notified that someone sent me a file to sign. I clicked on the notification and I get taken to the Home screen - Recent. I see a list of files (most of which are files I have signed) and I can see when the file was last opened. I would like to see what actions have been taken or more importantly are needed (signing for instance). Or, clicking on that notification should take me to a screen that shows me the files I need to sign and if I am up to date (because the notification came in after I had already accessed it via my email - timing issue - I get it). Taking me to recent files, currently, does not give me any information related to the notification - Instead, take me to a place that shows me what I need to know. Eg. here are the files you need to sign and if none, tell me I'm doing a good job and I am up to date. A refresh button on that screen would be helpful and a link back to my recent/home screen.

   A user tasked me with auto populating the date field with the date a field was signed on.

   The digital ID has a feature that shows when the ID was placed in the signature field, but it would be nice to have a feature where when one field is filled, another field is populated, depending on the desired action.

10. E-sign text input box make it so signer can enlarge

    E-sign should be set so that the text input box which I place onto invoices for authorizing can be made larger if required by the signer to add further information as required, currently they cannot make any larger and it has the annoying wrap function which means it doesn't automatically enlarge the box if they have more information to give!

    Assign Radio Buttons to signers. Signers may need to choose between options (Radio Buttons) and this isn't currently available. The reason for a Radio Button would be that only one option can be chosen of the group of Radio Buttons.
    When I am sending a document for signature, it makes me, The Sender, complete these Radio Buttons before the document is sent for signature.

Our agency needs to initial documents anywhere from 20-600+ pages in length and the initials are required to be on all pages. The current method in Fill & Sign requires the employee to stamp each and every page. This is highly inefficient and often causes to program to have long save times and/or the program crashes during the process and work is lost. The initials are protected because each employee has an adobe account that is password protected so the ability to sign multiple pages simultaneously is in no way impaired by any security concerns or requirements.

    At the moment you can only replace a cc participant on a Webform with another. You can not delete a cc participant if there is no replacement. The only way around this is to re-create the Webform which is time consuming and a messy solution.

14. Adobe Admin Console: Synchronisation of user groups

    Current state: It is not possible to add whole user groups of the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. synchronized via Azure AD) into the purchased products, if the product profile (e.g. Adobe Sign) has been allocated to the user group in the a Adobe Admin Console.
    At the moment only the individual users appear in the product (e.g. Adobe Sign) and one have to duplicate the user groups in Adobe Sign which already are already available in the Adobe Admin Console (e.g. via Azure AD synchronisation).

    Wish: We would like to have the user groups available in the Adobe Admin Console automatically synchronized in the product Adobe Sign with the users included (see screenshots).

    Value added: User groups which are synchronized via Azure AD connection into the Adobe Admin Console would synchronize automatically with the user groups in Adobe Sign. Manual maintaining by workers could be reduced and avioded.

16. Enable to replace signer information in Adobe Sign

    There is restriction to replace the signer information if ''LDV Limited Document Visibility'' option has been enabled for the account.
    There is scenario where user can accidentally type incorrect email address when send document for signing to recipient. Due to the option enabled, submitter is not able to replace the signer anymore and need to create document again and send it for signing.
    
    Please give access to Account Administrator to replace external signer with internal signer in this type of scenario.

17. E-Signature field favorites

    When filling out forms for e-signature we need a way to favorite our commonly used fields. For example if I need to access signature, print name, and date for all of my documents I should be able to have them in their own section so I don't have to toggle back and forth between sections each time.
