Company Documents
As the leader of a company, all documents that I send out for signature as well as the documents sent out by my predecesor belong to the company not to me. There needs to be a way that New Leadership can get access to the documents that were signed on behalf of the company for easy replication or referral. We use Adobe Sign to eliminate paper and move to a digital environment. Future Leadership will need access to these documents in the future.

Login screen should not appear for users
we are using okta SSO from domain joined devices. This auto identifys the user that is logged and signs them in. it dose not even look at the Email Address that is entered..i can login using this in the Email Address box

Adobe Sign - Templates should be replaceable
Adobe Sign templates should be replaceable. There's currently no way to upload a new PDF file and replace an existing template. The only recourse is to delete the previous template, upload the revised PDF form as a new template, and then track down all of your workflows and web forms that utilize that template and update them. This defeats the main purpose of a template, which is to allow you to update a form in one place and expect that update to appear everywhere the template is used.

Add Conditions to the hyperlink field
Just like all the other fields, we should be able to add conditions to a hyperlink. Why is this field treated so differently?

Document to go out to all signers at the same time only after the approver has approved.
We need a way for the signers to receive it at the same time once the approver has approved. We have clients who want to review simultaneously before the first person signs but they aren't near each other to review together.
Right now there are only two options: either go one by one down the line or it gets sent to everyone all at once, including the approver. We need to be able to get it approved, then bulk send.

Why is full functionality for adobe sign not implemented on the desktop Software?
I think my title describes it fully. However, The web interface for sign has more functionality that the desktop Acrobat app. Not everything HAS to be on the Cloud~!

Ability to download report of agreements sent for e-signing.
Would like to be able to download a report of all agreements/docs sent for e-signature with all the fields that show under the Agreements section.

Enable a way to enter line breaks for default values in a multi-line text field using text tags
Currently there is no way to have lines breaks when specifying a default value in a multi-line text field when using text tags. The web interface does allow line breaks, though. It would be nice to have this feature available using text tags.

Adobe Sign - Template that allows SAVING E-MAIL ADDRESSES
The emails cannot be saved in templates.

Sign with vector file
Signing PDFs with image files (handwriting) should accept vector files, not only raster files. File size is smaller, quality is better, and Adobe produces software for appearance-aware designers, right?

Allow fields to be made transparent without having to delete a field first.
In Adobe Sign, when you delete a field it will automatically go the next field and that field will be transparent. But that is the only way to make a field transparent. Please allow an option to make a field transparent without having to delete anything as it makes it MUCH easier to line up fields.

Allow users to create their own custom signature blocks
A huge issue would be resolved if users could create (and save) their own "Signature Blocks" for documents requiring execution, like contracts, using the options already provided by Adobe (ex. mine would include signature, title, date, name) and each has to be "dragged: into the document every single time. For me, each contract is unique so "Forms" is not an option to solve for this.

A way from the adobe admin console to default the Profile picture for all users will use.

Script to force users log out after a iDP consolidation
Currently there are no administrative consoles and/or scripts to force users to log out of Adobe Acrobat. This is needed for when companies switch iDPs. Users don't read their emails when instructed to manually log out/in which is prohibiting us from being able to decommission the legacy IDP.

Adobe Sign Workflow - please make settings more customizable & user-friendly
1) Please allow settings so that a sender can go into their console and re-use a previous transaction without having to start the workflow all over again for a very similar document. For e.g. if I sent out Purchase Req. (PR) form #1, there should be an option for a user to clone the transaction and send PR Form #2 using all the same settings, without having to start the PR workflow. Sort of like the option to resend an email in Outlook – its really a new email but you can use the wording etc. in the previous email.

Edit Wrongly entered email address during e-signature request
After sending a request for e-signature, there is no provision to edit a wrongly entered email address especially if the document is to be signed by many people and the wrong address is in the middle of the signing order. Attempts to edit are thwarted by the restriction of "this document has been signed and cannot be edited"! If the document is still being e-signed and not completed, editing should be allowed and if a signed member's signature has been interfered with, then a notification should be sent to that member to verify before the document is finalized. Ajust the message at Adobe sign
After signing the document for all, the system shows the message "Document was updated after signing”, But the message "Document was updated after signing" is confuse, there has been no change in document, the annotation is created by AdobeSign itself. But with this message our partners are questioning, how can a document be changed after signature. Is it possible change or alter this message for "Document was uploaded after signing"?

Ability to add signature request to all pages of large documents with a couple clicks
On large documents that need to be signed on every page it seems crazy that we have to go through one page at a time to add the signature request box. Surely there is a way to add one signature request box and then right click on that box and select "Add to every page".
