  2. Adobe Sign should go straight to the More options pop up. It should at least be an options selection to always go to More Options first. I should not have to request it every single time.

  3. My clients get confused about the last step before they send out the document. It says "tap to sign" instead of "tap to send". I think it should be corrected.

    I have attached a screenshot.

  4. We need to be able to sign documents greater than 10GB, we were unable to sign our Corporation tax return and large legal agreements. It is not appropriate to only send the signature page (which we would need to purchase another Adobe product to delete the pages)

  5. I can copy/paste it in, but for some reason I can't enter the @ in the e-mail recipient field anymore. I don't have this problem anywhere else - and it's a relatively new thing that makes it a bit of a hazzle to use it.

  6. It's so slow to work with as compare to DocuSign and if I upload couple documents together it says files is too big. it's only 12 pages, very inconvenient.

    It should give the separe report for each pdf but when you attach multiple files in one signature then it create a combined file which is creates extra work to separate them or you have to send it individually which takes longer time and too many emails in the inbox and confuse me and my clients.

  7. I run a fmaily business. I frequently need to sign PDF contracts with multiple signatures and initials. It would be extremely valuable to be able to store multiple signatures (for us, at least 4) and multiple initials in the Fill & Sign stored signature area.

  9. I sign many documents that have multiple signature lines throughout the document. I read the first section and click sign ... no problems (#1). Then I read the second section. Once I'm comfortable with the text, I click to sign (#2) and it moves me back to my previous signature (#1). I have to scroll back down to the second signature line again and click to sign it again (my previous attempt did not sign, it just moved me backwards in the document). I spent an hour on the phone with support and they said the feature is only meant…

  10. I should be able to attach a doc, xls or any file type in a document for signing. It would be nice if I send a document for signing with the original source together with it, would it not?

  11. There should be an option to change the date format of Audit Trail. Currently it is set as YYYY MM DD
    Due to this, documents are being rejected in UK Courts, as they need it in DD MM YYYY format.

  12. I am a photographer, (amongst other things), and want to use an Adobe product to create a photography consent form to be used in situations such as festivals and concerts. The key is, I want to be able to simply scan a person’s ID using OCR to fill the form, and then get a signature. A 30 second process, instead of 5 minutes babysitting someone filling out a form manually on an iPad. There are much lesser companies offering forms that can be filled out with OCR, but being an Adobe user, I am very surprised this functionality does not…

  14. For speed and efficiency, the ability to;

    i) save form field layouts from one document as templates that can be overlaid onto any other document (and still then save-able as a document template).

    and/or;

    ii) the ability to replace the original document underneath form fields (i.e. upload an up to date PDF to replace existing) in 'Edit Template'.

    PURPOSE:
    We use multiple agreements that are almost identical, but with minor copy edits / clause tweaks following client feedback etc. Very time consuming to have to create a template from scratch every time we want to make a minor edit to…

  15. When creating a template or otherwise sending a document, form fields should auto "snap to grid" in any document that has lines on it similar to Acrobat DC auto form create. It's frustrating to go into this platform after using Acrobat DC and realizing it will now take about an hour to re-create the same form that took 2 minutes in Acrobat DC.

  18. Be able to change the timezone of the Final Audit Report in Adobe Sign so that it matches the timezone of the signature.
    It is confusing when the audit report has a different day than the signature page because the timezones don't match.

  19. When a document is sent through Adobe Sign to someone who doesn't use Adobe products, they are presented with the web interface that shows the document to sign. The pop-over warning about cookies (or asking for cookie storage permission) appears at the top of the page, but doesn't prevent the signer from finding and completing the signature field. (i.e. it can, and may be, ignored)

    After putting their signature into the field, the person feels that they have completed the process, because the 'Finish' button is covered by the cookie notice. There does not appear to be anything more to…
