  1. When webforms are created, using adobe sign, there should be option to allow rich text formatting so that users can edit font types and functions like Bold, Underline, Italics. Also the font type on webform is limited to just 6 and often does not match the other pre printed text on the document

    Additionally, users should be able to paste objects or tables in webforms.

  2. You should be able to set up reminders for documents you send out for signatures within the app, right after sending the document, like you are able to do in the browser.

  3. Please add CERTSIGN SA in the Allowed Cloud Signature Provider list in settings for Adobe Sign.

    CERTSIGN SA is part of the Cloud Signature Consortium but cannot be used to sign using a cloud signature with Adobe Sign

  5. Hello, when sending a document to multiple people, if you want the document to be sent to both signers at once you need to toggle "send in any order"
    is there a way to set a setting in the account to always send to all people without having to manually select that. its pretty annoying and we always forget and then the second person has to wait until the first person signs before even receiving an email requesting signatures.

  7. Created a Word docx and clicked "Create and Share Adobe PDF." Unable to enter password (box automatically greys out and cannot type). Cancelling provokes this error code: 2148073488. This is a recurring issue every time I use "Create and Share Adobe PDF" and try to digitally sign using a work certificate. Workaround has been closing and reopening the PDF to sign. Please address.

  8. In the latest update to Adobe sign, you've done something to the document processing font. It's now very hard to read. Not everyone who uses this software has 20/20 vision. Please use a bolder more legible font (or return it to the previous font being used, which was fine).

  9. Creating the option to select multiple fields while in "Request Signatures" so the creator can assign multiple fields to a signer.
    Many times a creator needs a signature, a date, and an initial. Creating the capability of the creator to select all of these fields at once, then edit the requirements and assign would significantly cut down on time and missteps. This problem arises when a form has been auto populated with fields and the creator must click on each, individual field to assign.   10. When on-boarding new customers, it is required to receive backing data for identification purposes as part of anti-money laundering requirements. Currently, this is not allowable via the Adobe Sign service when requiring a form to have a signature. It would be extremely useful for this to be available within the financial services sector and I am sure many other service organisations. Should you require further clarity, I am more than happy to assist.

  11. A back button (while saving your changes) would be so helpful! There have been instances on a document where I forgot to add two signers and have to start completely fresh after adding all the signature spots! OR if you miss the step of adding a password at the beginning step, you have to start all over again!

  12. While Preparing form When Fields are inserted and signature is assigned to signer, signer 1 and signer 2 then while previewing on requesting signature signer and signer 1 becomes same. If there is no difference between those two then why it is even there. Moreover there is no option of sender in Adobe sign while it is present in fields setting to assign to sender. This is a bug

  13. All acrobat signing features were disabled on my Acrobat Pro DC, I have looked for a solution online, followed multiple suggestions but nothing worked, today a support agent was able to solve the issue after multiple trials, he was able solve it by simply changing the language to English US.

  14. Right now there is a "hide" button but not a delete option on document cloud. Some documents contain sensitive information and the ability to delete those documents will help preserve privacy.

  15. It would be nice if Adobe would hide the email addresses of the recipients, when a document is going out to multiple recipients for signature. The problem we are experiencing is that Adobe will notify John Smith that after he signs the document it will then be sent to Jane Smith at janesmith@gmail.com. John Smith should not be seeing Jane Smith's email address. Those really should be confidential or hidden, or at least make that an option to enable or disable. Also, it shouldn't be plan specific. I was told that Enterprise plan has that option, but that should…

  16. Need to be able to remove sensitive information (such as tax file numbers) from forms and other documents after they have been signed but before they are uploaded into a CRM because of privacy issues. We still may need to send the signed original documents (i.e. no redaction) to product providers to be actioned.

  17. In line with Salesforce app development best practices, the Apex pages managed by the Adobe Sign app should use field sets so that we can add functionality to the existing managed visual force pages.

    In particular we have a requirement to change the AgreementEditor apex page to display the related ServiceContract rather than Contact, Account, or Contract.

  18. Hi, we've had some users that mistakenly logged into Acrobat using an account that is not their corporate account. We want to see if there are other users in our firm that are logged into Acrobat using an account other than their corporate account. It would be great if there is there way to identify which user account is currently logged into Acrobat on a particular machine.
