  1. We would like the custom stamp features to be able to have the ability to imbed the e-signature request and date field within that custom created stamp. This would make the process of requesting staff to sign for their approval of invoices to be paid much quicker.
    At present these are the steps taken:
    1. insert stamp
    2. insert e-signature request
    3. re-adjust and move within the stamp
    4. assign e-sgnature to staff member
    5. insert date field
    6. adjust and move within the stamp
    7. send off

  2. I would like to raise a feature request for Bulk Send functionality to support different documents for different transactions.

    Send in Bulk doesn’t allow me to have different documents for different transactions, which GigaSign offers. So either support GigaSign fully with new enhancements and fixes, or prioritize and bring the same functionality in the Web UI through Bulk Send.

  3. In the classic version you could chance the Signature flow/order just by rewriting the number on the left side, but in the new system that is no longer a possibility.

  4. "The Preview and sign" option to be added while importing csv for send in bulk new experience. It was present in classic send in bulk experience but in the new authoring, only while selecting the manual addition of recipients the preview and sign option is present.

  5. I am using POST /agreeements endpoint to create an agreement and configuring reminder.

    I want to achieve the following:

    Get one reminder with 10 days delay only if user has not signed.
    With the current input values available for reminders(ONCE, WEEKLYUNTILSIGNED), we cannot achieve this.

    Adding a new input value might solve the issue for reminder frequency - ONCEUNITLSIGNED

  6. It would be nice if there was an account setting so that all fields are required in a document before they can be sent back. I know it can be done on a per case basis but it would be nice if there was a deafult setting so that you do not have to check the box every time.

  7. Please make a configuration report available that would list all the account or group configuration settings that administrators can set using the account settings page.
    This would be very useful for Bio-Pharma users to document the configuration baseline of the system. Currently this configuration baseline is documented by creating screenshots of the system admin user interface, and that's very cumbersome.
    Note that this is complementary with the already existing Settings Activity report. The latter only lists the configuration settings CHANGES over a time period, but it doesn't provide the full configuration baseline.

  8. Be great to have the date field already on the same menu as insert signature or initials and ensure it appears as 28/March/2025 - it will cover all issues for legal purposes.

  10. When I add a "text" field and that I custom it, if I go back to add another field like a signature, Adobe erases all the previous fields added. Even if it's not a text field!! I've lost all the "initial" fields and signatures...

  13. The actual problem we are facing is that with Adobe Sign which is part of our existing Acrobat Pro subscription. Everytime, when we signed on the digital signature. An audit report is attached in all documents. We need to eliminate that.

    As per your experts, I need to upgrade enterprise license is just to remove this feature.

    Is it fair ? We are paying huge amount of money for the software which is not allowing us to do what we need to for.

    This is totally unacceptable. The customer should be able to enable or disable features in any purchased…

  14. Constant application freezes when trying to open a signed file, lots of clicks to open it, frustrating...please fix ASAP .Version 2024.005.20399.

  18. In the legacy version you could right click on a field and select "repeat field on all pages". This was incredibly helpful for contracts that you need to initial each page of. In the new version that option is no longer available, creating a need to switch to the legacy version everytime you want to send a contract out via Adobe Sign.

  20. It really should be possible to modify one form field that was in error without invalidating the whole document.

    If George, Becky, John, Jim, Sally, Jesse, Fred and Paul all sign a document in 8 places, and one line item in one place erroneously says George and not Becky, then it should be possible to switch George's field to Becky without all of them needing to re-sign the entire document, which is a giant annoyance and waste of time.

    Because, ya know, people make mistakes.
