  4. Please add option to change sender's (my) email to make clients see different email, not that one I have on my Adobe account.
    If i have to send to sign documents for different projects, I want to have an option to have different sender's email, so do not confuse the clients and don't let them reply to my adobe account email.

  5. Changes to admin role of a user for a particular product should cause a notification to a wider group of administrators.

    This is because for product Adobe sign there are two admin roles - Admin and Privacy Admin.
    Any admin can raise their permissions to privacy admin (which can read all docs in the account) and there is no wider notification.

    This is also not logged in the audit log - so there is no way to track this at all.
    Given that adobe sign contains sensitive information (HR is a big user) this is not good from any role…

  6. Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1. Open "Send"-tab in Adobe Sign
    2. Use the classic experience
    3. Upload about 10 to 15 files
    4. Try to sort it

    Environment:
    Windows 10 Version 22H2 (Build 19045.4529)
    Microsoft Edge Version 126.0.2592.81 (64-Bit)

    Expected result:
    1. Files don't overlay the UI-elements
    2. File-container adds scrollbar and can be scrolled if attached files take up more space than the container is large
    3. Files can be sorted

    Observed result:
    1. Files overlay UI-elements (looks like overflow visible)
    2. No scrollbar is added
    3. Files can't be sorted in the part that overlays the other…

  9. I am experiencing issues when sending files for signature request where the programme crashes before sending, predominantly when filling in the name box and text box on the review screen before sending. Ending the programme on task manager does not seem to resolve the matter.

  10. Recent update changes the process as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/document-cloud/help/create-template.html which used to allow individual PDF/doc uploads and shuffling to create templates (such as for updating contracts). New Template only allows a single doc to be uploaded which is, frankly, stupid.

    What's the point of using e-Sign over services like DocuSign which allow templating for multiple files now?

  11. The Message field under the Recipient tab in Agreement Templates for Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce needs to be changed from a plain text field to rich text or another format that supports hyperlinks. The package my company is sending out contains a URL for the customer to access but they currently have to copy and paste the URL into a browser instead of being able to click the link.

  12. my old form changed with new update. It used to work great. Now when I request e-sign text box alignment and font size or something changes, so all text isn't visible and it is all left justified. See attached examples.

  14. Allow users to save documents with signatures, initials etc requested.

    For the 3rd time in the past month I've requested multiple e-signatures and/or initials on contract documents. My clients have completed the signature process but when I get the document back some signatures or initials are missing.

    I sent a document out last night and TRIPLE CHECKED it to make sure I requested all the signatures and initials. The document came back to me incomplete. I just spent 2 hours trying to correct this problem including 73 minutes on the phone with customer support. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT ADOBE…

  15. I have a major problem with the Date of Signing field.
    Because I work in a regulated industry, all our documents are controlled and therefore must go through an approval process before they can be released. The previous version of esign allowed the text size of the Date of Signing to be controlled with the box size so I could fit the date inside the document field. The new version puts date of a standard size font into the space I designate, regardless of how small/large I make the box. The result is that the date is cut off the…

  16. The e-sign tool appears when I try to enter text in a field that does not require a signature. Customer service had me deactivate the "new" Adobe and then open "prepare form" from the toolbar.

    Please change whatever is now causing this issue, as I have not changed anything on my end.

  17. Please add an address book feature to Adobe Acrobat Sign so that I can save the name, title, company and email address of signatories to docs I send for signature.

    Also, please make it possible to create signature blocks in Word that automatically generate the signature fields in Adobe Sign, without having to go through a separate process of inserting the signature, title, name, etc, fields in Adobe Sign.

  18. The new user interface for the e-sign template is a major problem for our business. It eliminates the option to add documents as attachments to the template (on the old user interface, this is possible under the "Files" section on the same screen that asks for email addresses). We use this feature on every contract we send -- it is critical and cannot be replicated in the desktop app.

    Please add the ability to add attachments to e-sign templates back to the new use interface!

  19. The latest feature upgrade removed the ability to send a signed copy of a document ("copy to"). Now the only options available are signer and approver. The receiving party is neither a signer or an approver, so this has doubled my workflow and created an inefficiency. I now have to generate a second email with the signed copy to send to my recipient, separate from the signature process. PLEASE add this feature back. What you have done is NOT an improvement.

  20. When inserting a text field onto a document, the previous (now "legacy") version of Fill & Sign had the option under properties to make that text box have multi-line data entry. The new version (superior in almost every way!) is missing this option.

    Once i've prepared a form for signing and added all the text boxes, I need to then revert to the Legacy Version to then go through those text boxes and add the Multi-Line option.

    It would be great for this option to also be added to the new version!
