  2. When requesting an email signature from a fillable form, some of the fields are blank when they get to the screen to send for signature (see attached screenshots). This just started happening in the past month or so. Work around it to save the file and then send it as an attachment to get the signature.

  5. Recently when I've been sending documents for signature, the documents have been renamed 'IMPORTANT INFORMATION'. Please fix this asap. This can look like a phishing email on the receiver's end.

After recently upgrading to latest Sequoia and Safari, when trying to send documents through Adobe Sign for signature I am unable to complete the Adobe Sign account login steps, it keeps bouncing me back to the final "Select your user profile" screen (which only appears after the correct user ID and password have been accepted). This did not occur with Safari under my previous MacOS (Ventura), and more importantly using the same Adobe Sign login credentials still works perfectly through Google Chrome. The problem is definitely Safari-specific, but I would prefer to keep using Safari as it's my default browser.…

  7. I use Adobe to create forms for our business and to send estimates to clients. Recently, every time I sent a form to a client to sign, it sends an old version of the document to the client. The only way to even tell that this is happening is to view the PDF version that it sends to my own email. This has caused many problems with my business lately.   8. In the view agreements section where you can view all agreements you have sent out for e-sign - rather than showing us the sender (I already know I am the sender BTW, I'm signed into my account) there needs to be a column to show the receiver, this would be a million times more useful to me!!

  9. I would request you to please remove the option email, time and date from the signature field on the new experience as it is confusing for a customer who does not have the information that it only works with the well formatted signature setting enabled.

  10. The option ''save to document library'' is not available anymore.

  11. We send contracts to our customers for signing via Adobe Sign. They receive emails from us asking them to open and sign the contract. The text contained in the email is automatically generated by Adobe.

    In German, the formal form of address is “Sie”, but in the text the customer is sometimes addressed as “Sie” and then again with the casual “du”. Please see the screenshot, where I have marked it in yellow.
    We would like our customers to be addressed uniformly with “Sie” in the automatic text.

  12. We would like the custom stamp features to be able to have the ability to imbed the e-signature request and date field within that custom created stamp. This would make the process of requesting staff to sign for their approval of invoices to be paid much quicker.
    At present these are the steps taken:
    1. insert stamp
    2. insert e-signature request
    3. re-adjust and move within the stamp
    4. assign e-sgnature to staff member
    5. insert date field
    6. adjust and move within the stamp
    7. send off

  13. I would like to raise a feature request for Bulk Send functionality to support different documents for different transactions.

    Send in Bulk doesn’t allow me to have different documents for different transactions, which GigaSign offers. So either support GigaSign fully with new enhancements and fixes, or prioritize and bring the same functionality in the Web UI through Bulk Send.

  15. "The Preview and sign" option to be added while importing csv for send in bulk new experience. It was present in classic send in bulk experience but in the new authoring, only while selecting the manual addition of recipients the preview and sign option is present.

  16. I am using POST /agreeements endpoint to create an agreement and configuring reminder.

    I want to achieve the following:

    Get one reminder with 10 days delay only if user has not signed.
    With the current input values available for reminders(ONCE, WEEKLYUNTILSIGNED), we cannot achieve this.

    Adding a new input value might solve the issue for reminder frequency - ONCEUNITLSIGNED

  17. It would be nice if there was an account setting so that all fields are required in a document before they can be sent back. I know it can be done on a per case basis but it would be nice if there was a deafult setting so that you do not have to check the box every time.

  18. Please make a configuration report available that would list all the account or group configuration settings that administrators can set using the account settings page.
    This would be very useful for Bio-Pharma users to document the configuration baseline of the system. Currently this configuration baseline is documented by creating screenshots of the system admin user interface, and that's very cumbersome.
    Note that this is complementary with the already existing Settings Activity report. The latter only lists the configuration settings CHANGES over a time period, but it doesn't provide the full configuration baseline.
