  1. If i remove one signature and add another signature it take more than 2 minutes to delete the old signature
In the old version of Adobe is easy to remove and insert signature. But here very difficult to do this

  2. To be able to upload password protected documents for e-signature. They are protected so they will not be changed in the review process without parties knowledge. Protecting BEFORE signature, is just as important as after. In a large company, the password cannot be shared with lots of workers or the process becomes unsecure.

  3. Please would you arrange an urgent fix for the tab order to be amended and therefore sequential when creating web forms? Web forms is a new feature but this is a fundamental flaw which needs to be addressed urgently. What is the point in having an easy to access fillable, signable form via weblink if it doens't tab in the correct order for the user? Please?

  4. How about beta testing a bit before rolling it out, I wasted a full day testing and rebuilding something that was working perfectly, now I am screwed. Thanks

    Hi Nicholson,

We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  5. This ux is super complicated to use. Referring to adobe sign. When creating a template, you cannot create from an existing signed agreement or copy old templates. Another HUGE issue is that once you have added a second or third participant it can never be removed from the template. I added it on accident and just now can never go back to the old way i had it

  6. Since 2020, I used ADOBE PRO, previously installed on my laptop with a subscription. After this year's renewal, the app didn't accept my log in, and after reaching out to customer service, I ended up with an ADOBE READER. That is what the person said my subscription was good for. BUYER BEWARE! Now, I need to pay to upgrade my product to ADOBE PRO. Shame on you, ADOBE.

  9. When cancelling an agreement, the message from Adobe sign to the recipients states that "the document has been deleted from all parties Adobe Acrobat Sign accounts" but we have found this to be incorrect. This message should be modified and not state that the documents have been deleted. We want the canceled agreements to be available to recipients still.

  10. It seems that Global Settings and Send Settings are only available for the Enterprise accounts. I have a business Teams account for Adobe Pro instead and these settings are missing.

This is illogical, the very simple customizations that are otherwise available under "Global Settings" and "Send Settings" appear to have been simply overlooked for the Adobe Pro Team users.

The Adobe Pro subscription certainly advertises "powerful e-signature features" but I can't even change the signature time stamps to show EST?

  11. Signatories may refuse to sign an agreement without cancelling it, so the other participants can sign and the agreement shall continue and be concluded. The report of signatures will indicate the signatories who have refused

  12. Absolutely HATE the new Adobe Sign. It takes me at least 3 times longer to send a document for e-signatures. Before the update, Adobe knew where I wanted text, signatures, and the date signed. Now I have to change the field type every single time I insert a field, the date is some crazy format that I have to change every time, and even if I click "Date Signed" it always just puts a "date" field in that I have to delete and insert the date signed field again. Please change it back!

  13. This version takes two or more clicks to do everything that the old version does with one. It also doesn't line up on fields automatically, it's more cumbersome to enter people to send it to, and then I have to get an email to sign myself instead of at the time. When I'm done with the form, it thinks I changed something and asks if I want to save it. It takes twice as long to do anything. I've gone back to the old one, please don't make us use the new one! Or, I'll have to find something else.

  14. The new version of e-signature does not work. I could not work out how to add a password to authenticate the document on the signer's end. This is a non-negotiable. We are required to do this and is a very simple process with the old version.

Futhermore, once you have filled in a doc and click the request signatures, it starts overriding the information you have already entered. This ruins the whole process and makes it unusable.

Thankfully we can revert to the old version. I'm not sure how you though this new version would be accepted?

  15. The new update makes setting up e-sign document much more time consuming.
It doesnt read the fields like it used to and auto create the fields or assign them the correct type.

Now i have to click to create a field and also change the date format on each field.. there isnt a default setting i can switch to

  16. I just wasted about half an hour of my life carefully positioning initials and signature boxes on a 13-page real estate document for a couple of clients to sign, only to have Adobe Acrobat "time out" and discard all my work. What is the thinking behind having a feature in an application time out for lack of attention and automatically discard work after an hour of inactivity? How is this helpful in any way?

  17. This update is completely not user friendly! I use this platform almost daily for signature requests. Often times I need to send multiple documents at once. If this continues where I have to either spend time saving the documents together or sending multiple emails for each documents then I will have our firm switch to a more user friendly platform. Adobe has been a great resource in the last few years as laws have allowed us to get e signatures. I cant, however, continue to use them if they are actively updating this program to be less helpful. Please fix…

  18. In docusign its great. When you have a template with say Customer (signer 1), Manager (signer 2), HR (CC). It automatically has those added.
If we are adding a template it should automatically add the appropriate signer spots with labels. Also, it allows you to go forward, only to realize you were supposed to have 2 signers. Resulting in the need to go back to add them, even though the template knows there shouldve been 2.

  20. Automate Initials on every page.

Sometimes there are 4-5 people that need to read/sign a document and each page requires initials of all parties.

The process of placing an initial tag in the footer for each signer is tedious and repetitive. It's actually a very useless task.

Automate placing initials on each page based on the list of signers.

    • Initials on each page Yes/No
    • User chooses Yes, it will place an initials tag for each signer at the bottom of the page in the Footer section or a designated area.

    • Further improvements can be to show a list of Signers…
