Feedback on Adobe DC
I'd like to give feedback on how clunky the new layout/design of Adobe DC is. I really strongly dislike the zoom icons being down in the bottom right corner of screen. Why can't they be next to the save icon?
Also, the tools menu should be put back on the right side of screen where the other tools are, to save us from having to flick between menus on both the left and right of screen.6 votes -
liquid mode for desktop
Make liquid mode for desktops so I can resize the window for taking notes or sharing and easier to highlight and copy text to a notes file without all the line breaks

What did you do?
What are you people smoking??? Adobe was fine. It was easy to use and did everything I needed it to do. Now it's all different, which isn't always bad but you really screwed the pooch this time. Nothing is where it was and it doesn't work like it used to. Someone should be fired over this. Apple pulls this **** too.
It's like you get in your car one morning and the steering wheel now changes the radio and the wipers are the gear shift. Where did the brakes go???
You need to worry less about a whold new look…8 votes -
Buttons for Page Navigation - Enable Pin to Taskbar
Prior editions of Adobe Acrobat DC Reader had a forward/back and other navigation tools able to be pinned to the toolbar. With the most recent version 2024.002.20687, these tools do not exist as buttons that can be pinned to a task bar for quick and easy use. This version relies on old-fashioned keyboard commands (i.e. ALT+Left Arrow or ALT+Right Arrow) that was common in MS Dos days or menu driven commands with embedded menues (Select the Menue-->View-->Page Navigation menue options) common with the rollout of Windows 1.0 thru 3.11 for Workgroups and even often found in Windows 95, 96, and…

Layout default settings
Default settings don't apply even after confirmation and restarting the program.
For example: my preferred setting is (single page continuous) and (fit width); yet every time I open a new document, it rebounds to the previous factory settings and not to my custom adjustments; albeit, in the settings, it shows that my recent changes are still as is.

Organize Pages / BUG.
Sometimes doesn' work - no apparent reason. Can't re-order the pages. Fix - Close the file, close the program and restart normally fixes the issue, but not always, sometimes have to do it again. Example video of not working posted.

Bates numbering/numbering pages malfunctioning
I was having a problem renumbering pages so i started all over combining my files (that do not have page numbers or they don't matter in this operation). The very next step i tried to remove them and i get a message that there are no headers or footers to remove. my numbers are plain a day in red in a footer. i'm not using the Bates system, I'm simply numbering pages in a pdf created by combining files. I cannot remove them, i cannot add files and renumber as i've been able to do in previous version. I'm using…

Line Weight
I can not find a tool for changing the line weight when reading on the new version. Some blueprints we receive have thick line weights on the text and are hard to read even when zoomed in. On the previous version the line weight could be changed making the text more readable.

View Options
How about a menu that allows view sizing, like "Fit width", "Fit height", or 100%". The magnifying glasses are klutzy.

Relocate "+ Create" button or make smaller
The new "+Create" button is poorly located. When many documents are open in Adobe, it pushes this new button so far to the left that there is barely any room to grab the top bar so I can move the Adobe window to a different location on my screen or over to a different screen. My mouse ends up grazing the button, thus activating the options mini pop-up, which completely hides any space on the tab bar that was available to grab. Happens often to me and is super-frustrating.

Opening menus
Having a HUGE menu open on the left of a document when it opens is a royal pain *******. I cannot see my document, and have to find the * X to close it EVERY TIME. Make it smaller or have an option to not have it open.

Please separate page up/down functionality vs arrows
In any of the old versions, there was an option of "full page" view in which buttons "page up" / "page down" would go to the entire previous / next page, and not scroll to a part of it. This options is now split to two ("enable scrolling" + "fit heith") , while all buttons (pup/pdn/arrows) work the same way. It's much better, in terms of productivity, to have the arrows to scroll within a page, and the pup/pdn buttons to move to the previous/next page.
