My acrobat documents are getting hover tips that give an image description and say it's AI generated content. It sounds like it's saying that the image is generated by AI when it is not. It is not fair to say my creative work is generated by AI and to convince my clients of that!!!

detect and redact sensitive information based on local ai
I need to remove a lot of sensitive informations before I can hand off a pdf to an AI tool or agent. Things like names, emails, adress or contact informations, prices, dates, urls, health data and so on. I would love to have a local AI-tool in Acrobat Desktop/Mobile to investigate one or more PDF files, telling me what kind of sensitive information was found and then giving me options to redact these data. Please give option to DISABLE AI Features
Please include some way to DISABLE all Generative AI features that sticks. Unclicking the checkbox doesn't help if everytime I restart my computer or receive an update it turns it back on. Generative AI is unhelpful and intrusive. Forcing people to use AI features has a massively negative impact on our environmental footprint. When it is used unnecessarily or without choice, we are using MILLIONS of gallons of water and electricity for no reason. I will be switching to a FREE service that already includes all Adobe Acrobat features if this is not resolved.

AI has ruined your whole desktop app
These constant prompts to use AI have totally ruined Adobe Acrobat for me. They're disruptive. Also, my workplace uses Acrobat for sensitive work documents - we are required to maintain confidentiality - I can't risk potentially having AI trained on my documents. I'm saying goodbye to Adobe Acrobat permanently, and using Xodo moving forward instead. Xodo is not shoving AI at me daily. I'll be encouraging my whole office to switch too. See ya!

Get rid of the stupid "Summarise your PDF Quickly" that pops up EVERYTIME I start Adobe
This is idiotic and invasive. It pops up even if I open a one page form that clearly cannot be summarised and there would be zero point in summarising it. If your dumba5s AI cannot tell when it is not needed, why the **** would l use it?
Pop ups that cannot be turned off are completely unacceptable. If I had any other choice, I would be quitting Adobe.

Remove all generative AI functions.
This is not an idea, I just wanted to provide feedback that generative AI tools are an instant turn-off. I would vastly prefer a program that helps fight against the use of generative AI by protecting my documents from AI programs. I would pay more money to use a program that does not feature any kind of AI assistance, AI suggestions, AI integration of any kind.

Export AI Assistant conversations as Markdown with citations
I am using Acrobat AI Assistant on long PDFs, and the hardest part isnt asking the first question, its keeping track of why an answer changed. Please add an export for the current AI conversation as plain Markdown, including the source page references and the prompt order.Right now I copy each answer by hand, then a long document or a context reset makes the notes pretty hard to audit. You have successfully destroyed what was once the premier business use software for handling pdf files. Since it has become impossible to use, perhaps your AI agent could direct us to GOOD pdf software or at least suggest some packages that work.

AI Sever Bug
the Acrobat gray hover comments boxes generated by AI are now a very serious nuisance and should be removed. Have an image of a sign post and the generated AI comment is about a mans large *****.

AI and Tools and side bars are too intrusive
Complaint summary: Acrobat’s AI and tool features are repeatedly appearing in a way that makes basic PDF reading feel cluttered and difficult to control.
I want Adobe Reader to function primarily as a simple, unobtrusive PDF reader. Instead, the tools menu and AI Assistant keep appearing or require hidden settings to disable. Get the "Pdf space" nonsense out of my workflow
As part of my work, I very frequently have to combine multiple pdfs into a single document. This used to be a straightforward, one-click action. Now I have to navigate a dropdown menu every single time to confirm that I want my combined pdfs to become a combined pdf. I do not want to "create an AI workspace and gain insights" and never will. This useless, tacked-on feature is making the basic functionality of your program worse.

Remove AI and clean up your feature request / bug reports
Remove AI. Also, actually look at your feature requests and bug reports. There are odd submissions for dating sites, fps hacks, and a bunch of other suspicious activity that does not belong here. Also, please remove AI. If you want me to use AI, I will and will stop using adobe. I bet ChatGPT can make me a better PDF than whatever garbage acrobat is doing.

AI is Useless
It gives you false information, no access to a human that can help. Wasted over 2 hours of my day. The software, which I have used for years, is glitchy and deleted my fonts, makes me manually change the title of a file after a save as, ridiculous! What are you doing Adobe? You usually have valued and top-notch products. Extremely disappointed. Considering just using Canva for free instead of paying for something that is so utterly frustrating and time consuming.

Better Customer Service
I just got off the phone with a customer service representative that was more than willing to cancel my services rather than give me a discount that I asked for since I've been getting billed annually back in 2018. It certainly does not pay to be a long time subscriber so I'll be using one of the many free services that are available online now. Disabling the AI assistant is actually what you should do. Even though I've disabled the AI assistant in the settings, I continue to receive pop-ups asking me to summarize the documents I'm trying to read. In addition to blocking the content I'm trying to read, these pop-ups make the basic program less usable, such as when it comes to scrolling, Chill Guy Clicker.
