  1. I scan documents using a copier/printer/scanner. Often, I am scanning forms that include underlined spaces for someone's signature, or text that is surrounded by a box. When I use Adobe Pro "edit" to convert them from images to editable text, the conversion never recognizes the lines as discrete objects. Instead, they are lumped with the background as one large, page-sized image. This means I can't delete the nearly-white background without losing signature and other blank, lined spaces or boxes around text.

Please improve the Scan and Edit features so that they recognize the difference between lines that are part of…

  2. Adobe PLEASE! Stop the menu popups everytime we click on an element when editing PDFs! Let us do that if we need to by right click. It disturbs our workflow especially when resizing an image it blocks the corners when resizing. Put all menus on the side by default, don't float it, don't make it appear when clicked. It is annoying like a popup ad. If you like those, we don't. So just make it optional and can be checked in the settings or preferences.

Again, please don't make a menu popup when clicking an element in PDF editing mode.…

  6. When attempting to manipulate text within a document an annoying "helpful" pop-up menu keeps getting in the way. Like an eager puppy bouncing at your feet, it constantly pesters; Want to generate an image? Want image ideas? How about copying with formatting? Huh, huh! Get the "F" out of my face! If it's possible to turn it off, I haven't figured out how. I just want to do my work. Put those pop-up options in a tool bar that I can call up if I need it, and quit slowing me down! Unfortunately this is a problem that exists in…

  7. Redo or actually create an editor which can be used.... Your * editor cannot even consistently work with text which was written.
I copy paste text i written minute ago, and you "editor" doesnt even can keep same formating.
It doesnt even slightly use same spacing or width, each zoom or unzoom means all text or pictures or scales go out of the window... WYSIWYG joke, nothing you edit actually is same when saved or copy or use somewhere else.

Why company should pay lot of money for something like this, how you can even ask such money for this...

  9. When I have a Windows file explorer with multiple tabs open and then drag and drop one page of the PDF document to that explorer window, the file saves to the first tab that I opened instead of the one that's currently active. If I close that tab, it saves to the next-oldest tab. I am using Acrobat Pro 2025.001.20756 64-bit version. I need the file to save under the currently active tab, not the oldest tab in the window.

  12. acrobat pro 8.1 had a feature "copy as table" that would copy part of a table in a pdf and allow you to paste it into excel with columns intact. this has been replaced with export in 2024. "copy as table" was much easier and more efficient. please bring it back

  13. I would like to request the return (or addition) of a drag-and-drop page replace feature in Adobe Acrobat.
In older versions (such as Acrobat 8), it was possible to drag a single-page PDF and drop it directly onto an existing page in a document to seamlessly replace that page. This workflow was extremely fast, intuitive, and efficient for users who frequently need to swap pages in and out of long or complex documents.
Currently, the only way to do this in Acrobat is through the Organize Pages → Replace Pages command, or by inserting a new page and then manually…

  15. Checkbox in the Header and Footer dialog for PRESERVE HEADER and PRESERVE FOOTER allowing a user to update the header or footer independently of the other. The removal of headers when footers are updated (for example) is unacceptable and causes so many issues.

  17. Hello,

Since the latest update of Acrobat Pro running on macOS Tahoe, I noticed that the highlight tool no longer shows the temporary blue selection when marking text. Previously, the selected text turned blue first, and only after releasing the mouse button did the chosen highlight color (yellow, green, etc.) apply.

This visual feedback was very useful, as it clearly indicated which text was being highlighted before finalizing the color. Without it, the process feels less precise and less user-friendly.

I kindly ask Adobe to consider restoring this previous behavior, or at least providing an option in Preferences to enable…

  18. our issue is we need organizing pages, simple for example we have 3 pages, but we want see first 2 in one page, each time printing as pdf and after find those and match again takes time, is there any option while editing or organising pages itself? if not exist please forward this to Biz-dev/RD units since many clients will like this too much.. most translation offices before notarization trying to smalling pages since more page more money at Notary....seperate seeing 2 pages in one is easy, but if more than 2 pages and inside-pdf partly collecting some pages in…

  19. The current feature set of Adobe Acrobat provides a wide range of options for setting permissions and protecting PDF documents. However, there is currently no targeted option to prevent the extraction of content by AI tools (e.g., large language models). Given the rapid development in the field of artificial intelligence, it would be extremely helpful if Adobe could implement a function that explicitly prevents or at least significantly complicates the automated extraction of PDF content by AI applications. This would be an important contribution to the protection of sensitive or copyrighted material.

Please consider if and when such a feature…

  20. When using shapes/objects to mark up a PDF, it would be super helpful to have an option to change the layering sequence of overlapping objects - similar to Microsoft Word where you can Move to Front Or Send to Back so that you can re-order the layering of shapes. Currently you have to cut and paste and delete to reorder
