  1. I DID NOT GET ANANSWER TO MY QUESTION ABOU CONVERTING A NEWLY OPENED pdf to a "fill form

    I want to come through with easy converting a document sent me . When I open the document in Adobe there is something lacking: There is no way to fill in the form or document on my Mac 0X I can find the signing pencil, but I do not get to the other questions. And the whole document is lacking pages.

  6. No load, dark screen

    Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

  7. Unable to insert templates

    Unable to add a template to another template.
    - Select to use a template in Acrobat web
    - Select Edit -> Organize pages -> Insert Pages
    - No option to select another template created in Acrobat web, only 'My Documents' folder is accessible

    If trying to download template to insert page from my computer, an error shows up

  9. Free Online Tools x Basic Membership

    I've a basic account for photography and I noticed that in order to do some PDF operations (to use the tools) I need to log out to be able to use some free tools available online for free for everyone (that is not logged in with a basic account). I imagine that this is to force us to upgrade the plan, which I unfortunately can't afford, and if I could I'd choose 'small pdf' that does the same and is cheaper.   10. Acrobat Organize pages - error loading pdf

    Is adobe online acrobat down? It is 'unable to display recent files' and Organize Pages feature not working with error message "Unable to edit ... This file may be password protected, encrypted, corrupt or a PDF form." Pls see attached image. Thanks.

  13. Lot of issues, very slow, unable to download.

    I've had a horrible experience with PDF compressor. The page is loading slow and I have trouble downloading files because it keeps loading. It's not internet speed issue cos all the other websites work perfectly, it's only Adobe that has problems. Also, letting me compress only few files for free is ridiculous when there are so many other websites offering same services for free. I will obviously never use Adobe for that again and I won't recommend it to anyone.

    Making the product do what it says it can wold be a nice touch. For instance combine files and then just showing them all, selected or not and just sit there--no save, no combine, no further instructions is pretty STUPID and a waste of time.

  17. File Combination Fails 30% of the time

    About 30% of my file combinations fail out of the hundreds of files I have to combine each week. I can't even use a different function of Adobe to combine them, I have to use a different website entirely. It's been going on for months and its absolutely ridiculous. I pay for a service that doesn't even work a third of the time.

    if you wanna improve your software just do same as free online merging websites, at least using these websites let me merge files with same field names without changing the information.
