I really liked the compact way I could view all of my files in the old format. Right now, despite trying two different web browsers, its even hard to find a way to scroll through the files I have. Every time I log in I have to resort the files so I can see what is waiting to go out. Also-I can't figure out how to cancel an agreement that I got half way through and realized there were issues. This is such a surprise for such an established company like Adobe. If you had focus groups they sure weren't real users.

New updates are much less user friendly. Also, some documents that I try to open just "spin".2 votes
The re-design of adobe sign is terrible. There is no way to easily tell what is outstanding, waiting for a signature. It is ridiculously cumbersome to have to click on every recently sent document to find out which one belongs to which person when you've sent out a significant amount of documents to be signed.
It's not user friendly at all. So many clicks are required to get anything done. Things can't easily be cancelled, templates can't easily be deleted.
The update is a nightmare.2 votes
NO HUMAN SUPPORT FOR SENDING FILES????? Your new platform IS MISSING MANY FUNCTIONS. IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for ruining my week. Now I have to go looking for another file sharing platform and leave Adobe, competition because after all of these years working with you, yours no longer fits our needs.2 votes

Please tell me how I can change back to the old adobe sign UX interface? This new roll out is HORRIBLE and I can't navigate it or find old agreements using email search!3 votes
In regards to the Adobe Sign: I do not have time to stop working on my business to go through this new signed agreements screen. Why can I not easily change or delete my templates? I'm not trying to see everything in this big format. Put it back to the way it was. This is not very professional, and none of us are teenagers who need to see this ridiculous big spaced out **** on our system. Get it together, all of your customers pay you for EFFICIENCY. Go back to the old format, so the site is usable again. There are NO training documents to refer to, we find it hard to edit existing documents, place field for signatures, change signers, see who needs to sign, etc, etc. Very frustrating.2 votes
I am cancelling our account because we cannot use the new platform. It is missing many of the features we use every day (forwarding capability, viewing the recipient at a glance on the list, copy/paste previous text content, etc).... Truly, your "update" is so backwards and half-minded.2 votes
Include the recipient of shared dcocuments.
In the process of gutting Adobe Sign, the list of documents in the "For Signature" 'tab' no longer includes the recipient of the document. This makes reviewing / identifying documents much harder.5 votes

How can I view to whom I sent my request for signature? The names of my files are always the same, just the person receiving it changes.
This setup is time consuming to try and figure out which one is the one I am looking for.
Adobe seems to have upgraded and a lot has changed. Kindly take us through the changes.
We are unable to:
*To see whom the contract belongs to
*To see the status of the contract
*To see who sent the contract.
Please send us more information on the version of this programme. I was unable to search for tutorials on Youtube.
Please help us as soon as possible.
Why would you move the ability to mark off that a change was made from a top level tick box to a hidden submenu. Are you trying to slow us down while we are on tight deadlines? Before we could mark our changes quickly as we made them. Now I have to wade down to the bottom of buried submenu.
This shows an incredible lack of understanding of how users were using Adobe Acrobat to maintain a production process.
Please go back to the old way as it was faster and more intuitive.5 votes
