For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. In sending a form out, I only needed initials and upon sending "send" the reminder popped up that a signature field had not been added and they would add a signature block. I'm waiting on the form to come back to see exactly where a signature block is added because I did not need signatures. Please update the system that it will not automatically add a signature block where it's not needed, or explain exactly what that pop up means.

  3. I wish it were possible to update the underlying document when editing signable fields. For example, if I spend 3 hours creating the perfect signable document, and then I detect an error in the underlying document, I don't want to have to spend 3 hours creating the perfect signable document again...I would like to be able to just replace the underlying document.

  4. I have been using the request signature app for some time now. However, the program tend terminate your session after a few minutes- usually 2 to 3 minutes. This is a small window to be working with files especially when I can get interrupted by phone calls or other office activities. This is annoying and unproductive! Let the program stay on for up to 10 minutes before it shuts down due to inactivity

  10. When using the Request Signatures Tool, it would be much better to go straight back to the add signer page instead of having to go back to the home page and selecting request signatures again. When you completing a high volume of invoices its two extra steps that aren't really needed

  12. Do you know how annoying it is that if the page limit is exceeded the entire email and attachements drop!
    Why is there also a page limit?

  13. When sending a document for signature to a .mil email address, the reciever is able to open the E-mail but unable to access the link. Is there a more military friendly way to ask for signatures?

  14. New adobe sign interface is awful!!!!! How do I know create a web form? Was so easy on the old sign. Even the tutorial on your own website for this shows the old interface. Its very very frustrating!!!!

  16. Adobe customer service is a joke. You keep changing the "user experience" for adobe sign, and each time you take away functionality that the community has said -- time and again -- that we absolutely need. The "manage agreements" view is absolutely essential to most of our workflow. And you keep taking it away!

  19. It needs to be easier to send a template document for signature. It used to be very quick and simple. Now you have to go to documents>templates>[click a template]>use template OR documents>all agreements>[status changed to library document]>Search specific fields>[find the template>send.
    This just isn't suitable.
    It is nonsensical to not be able to select a template when you click any of the 'Request Signatures' or 'Fill & sign' options throughout the site.

    Very frustrated at how bad this UI and user journey is.

  20. With the new updated layout, I can no longer select library documents when trying to request a signature, which is the tool/function I use most often. I had to upload a random file, to get the the normal request signature page, I then deleted the random file and added a new file from my Library. Could you add the Library Documents tab to this new window (see image attached)? It would make this whole process way simpler. It seems like it's supposed to be there but it isn't.
