For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new experience. If you’ve placed a field by mistake, here are a few ways to remove it:

    • Press Command (⌘) + Z on macOS to undo.
    • Press Ctrl + Z on Windows to undo.
    • Right-click the field and select "Delete Field".
    • Click the field and press the Delete key on your keyboard.

  2. As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.
    Anything Adobe could do to help avoid these requests going to people's SPAM folders would be much appreciated.

  3. Can we please have the old version of E-sign back. We keep getting these updates forced on us and up till now have been able to roll back to the old version. The old version was more user friendly than the current version. We're looking at other providers with a view to moving when our current subscription is expiring

    I am having this same issue. It still does not work. I have sent out a document and it is stuck in the waiting for me section and will not let me delete it. Support was not able to help

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new experience. If you want to hide an agreement in a "Pre-fill" state you can always:

    1. Go to Documents -> Agreements -> Waiting for you

    2. Select the agreement you want to hide.

    3. Click on "Hide Agreement" on the Right Hand Panel. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clears things up.

    La actualización es pésima y en lugar de mejorar la experiencia, la empeoró significativamente.

    1) Hay que hacer más clics para abolutamente todo.

    2) La mayoría de las veces el nombre de archivo es "binder1"?, cuando en la versión anterior ya detectaba el nombre del primer archivo.

    3) No se pueden arrastrar los archivos, ahora solo se puede seleccionar DE A UNO desde el navegador.

    Sería una buena idea poder creer un template de las opciones, por ejemplo:

    1) Que por defecto se tenga que firmar en orden.

    2) Que por defecto solicite x cantidad de firmantes y…

    We hope you find this answers useful:

    2.The best way to edit the name of the files "binder1" is opening "add message" you will be able to edit the name of the agreement before sending it. Or you can also edit the name by clicking on the name of the agreement that is on the top of the screen and click on the pencil icon.


    3. You should be able to drag and drop multiple files or select multiple files at once. If not. You can let us know the steps you follow and we can help triage the failure to solve it as soon as possible.

  6. Get rid of the new version. I now have a crick in my neck as everything is squished on the left had side of my screen. Very uncomfortable. Gives the file stupid names "binder" - whats that about? I should sack your software engineers as they have totally destroyed the product.

    How do we get the old Adobe Sign Back. This new interface is not user friendly nor does it all our company send COMPLETED LEGAL documents like we used to. This is cause delays and frustrations from leadership and clients.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the new interface.

    Something that I can suggest to do is the following:

    1. Sign in
    2. Click on the documents tab on the nav bar on top.
    3. Once open click on the left hand panel on "agreements"

    There you can observe the list of agreements that user has send you can filter them out by completed or in progress.

    Hope this information is useful.

  11. My recipient David Granado cannot open the w9 and direct deposit links i sent him. He says it times out. I tried texting your AI bot, but it's useless. Is this a browser issue from my recipient or are the links bad?

  12. Adobe Sign Agreements are not able to be moved to folders, even after they are completed. A folders feature for Adobe Sign would be extremely helpful for organizing agreements.

  13. I think your electronic signature service is amazing. I am proud to be associated with your brand. The only feature that I wish you had is the ability to embed a Vimeo video directly within a signable document. It can still be a traditional, classic portrait-shaped document that prints well as a static PDF. However, video matters a lot for proposals in 2025. PandaDoc and GoHighLevel both have traditional classic style of documents for print, but they offer embeddable YouTube and Vimeo videos. All of the web-based proposals (Qwilr, betterproposals.io, Proposify, etc.) can embed videos, but I understand your goal…

  16. DO NOT force Sign users to use New Sign until is ready; it is not ready now.
    New Sign breaks existing templates by (I think) defaulting all initial (& other?) fields to the first sender, even when it was 2nd sender on the template.
    Long-time user of Sign. Got the notice it's coming, whether we want it or not (and whether it's remotely ready, evidently.) So I tried it out.
    My documents have, typically, just two signers: me as sender and the recipient. Template docs have assigned fields with assigned fillers/signers/initialers -- either me or the recipient.

    highly appreciate your efforts to continuously improve the product.
    there are couple of points i wanted to bring to your attention.
    1. the new Adobe Desktop version has a glitch where if i send a document for signature via Adobe Sign (desktop) the fields that I mark as to be signed by the customer, do not show up when the customer opens the document to sign. I have to come to web version of adobe in order to make sure that this doesn't happen.

    On mobile phone, when we use the adobe sign to sign the documents, it seems we cannot change the signatures. we can do so on laptops and PCs only. As it is supposed to be convenient and user-friendly, the feature of swopping the signatures stored should work on mobile phones too. Please help look into it. Thanks
