For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!

  5. When I try and send docs for signing, I get the following message: Access token provided is invalid or has expired. I have a paid subscription and should be able access this service. I recently downgraded from a Business Package and am wondering if this has anything to do with it (same email address)

  6. For people signing documents etc., after they have signed and applied, it should say Click to send, NOT Click to sign as most people think because they have already signed they do not need to click the button and then we don't receive and are chasing signed documents all the time.

  7. Your e-mail sending is faulty. You are interpreting the following SMTP response as an UNDELIVERABLE status which is completely false and incorrect, where it is very clear your mailer is not handling it correctly:

    [SMTP Status] 451 4.7.1 Please try again later

    Most SPAM filters employ damping as a mechanism to inform new senders to just try again later when a new domain is sending to a recipient. SPAMMERS do not resend e-mails.

    Adobe is now the first public commercial system that seems unable to understand this. This is VERY poor development practice.

  10. Although I appreciate that it is an option, the signing process pretty much sucks. Could you maybe try harder to make it even more user unfriendly??
    Examples:
    Being able to change the message that accompanies the request as you are specifying where to sign...
    Integration with Outlook address book?

    Hi Jimmy,

    You should be able to change the message accompanies the signature request before it’s sent out. There is a Back button in the right hand panel where you are specifying where to sign, which will take you back to the previous screen where you can change the message.

  11. Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

  12. We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.

  13. When I am preparing a document to send for signature, I would like for Adobe Sign to recognize the orientation of the page and adjust it, like happens when you hit "Edit" in Acrobat 2020, without needing to edit the PDF first and then redirect back to the signature settings.

  15. I recently would log into my Adobe Sign account and it would take me directly to the form. Now it takes me to this Adobe tools page I care nothing about and wastes my time while I find the Sign tool.

  16. When sending a document for signatures, the system keeps automatically highlighting multiple fields that I don't want highlighted. I need three signatures and dates but the system makes me delete 40 other fields that are automatically marked before I can send it.

    Il semble que le nombre de documents que nous pouvons signer soit limité à 150/an.
    Mais on ne trouve nulle part de décompte ou d'avertissement pour savoir à quel point nous nous approchons de cette limite.
    S'il vous plaît, affichez un décompte en haut de page, à hauteur du menu.

  18. I am unable to Request signatures from our Corporate account. I can add email addresses but it will not allow me to proceed to the next screen to indicate where signatures are to sit.

  19. Hello,
    I am a tax preparer. I use "Request Signatures" to send tax returns to clients for e-signature. I always password protect the document. But I recently learned that the recipient does not need to enter a password to view and e-sign the document. PW is only required to view the completed/ signed document. This is a major security issue for me. How can I password protect the document?

  20. After setting up many forms and templates a person in the CC field has left the business. WE have to go through all the forms one by one to replace the person. Very annoying, costly and time consuming.
    We require function to replace a person throughout the system in CC fields on templates. and webforms.
