I am accessing document cloud from latest firefox but menu after clicking action button is hiding in case of mouse hover event
1 voteCan you tell us what version of FireFox you’re using and whether you’re on Windows or Mac?
Also try hovering over the item and checking the box to the left of the file icon. Then let us know if you can access the function you need from the pane that opens on the right.

File Downloads (.zip)
The old document cloud allowed for multiple files to be downloaded via .zip folder. I would like to have that capability back.

I can not remove the Office 365 sheet from my PDF why is it hiding my document/ that is crazy!!!!! Yes
For some reason the Office 365 Doc was plastered over my PDF file/ that needs to be removed from my download- that is ridiculous!!!!!

How do I switch languages on this site?
Because I have a Japanese e-mail address, everything on this site is in Japanese. How can a switch the language to English?
1 voteTo change your language, sign in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/. Click on your account icon (just to the right of the bell). Then choose Settings (the first option you can select). You can pick your preferred language under User Locale (the first option at the top of the dialog).

Bad web page design
I'm a Pro DC subscriber. I can't download adobe Pro DC unless I subscribe on the spot, I'm signed in as me, you should recognize that it's me and let me download it as an active subscription. No help to me.

New Adobe Sign platform is awful!
The new Adobe Sign view is very difficult to navigate. Very difficult to delete a draft. "Loading" a document to view a signed form/contract takes a very long time (I'm actually typing this as I watch the wheel spin!). I used the filter to see only what was outstanding, which was longer than the page (I could tell by the counter to the right) and yet there was no scroll bar to move further down the list/screen! Did anyone test this before moving it out to the public for production? Absolutely awful. If I didn't have so many documents in…
