Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    The Send and Track features are now part of Sharing files for viewing. You can share new files starting from the “Share Files” tool at https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/. You’ll find files you’ve previously shared under Shared – For Viewing on the left side.

  4. Is there a way to drag a file from Document Cloud and drop to another browser application? I'm trying to eliminate the step of having to download the file.

    We’ve made some improvements to the upload speeds let us know if you’ve noticed improvements.

  9. I'm a Pro DC subscriber. I can't download adobe Pro DC unless I subscribe on the spot, I'm signed in as me, you should recognize that it's me and let me download it as an active subscription. No help to me.

  10. The new Adobe Sign view is very difficult to navigate. Very difficult to delete a draft. "Loading" a document to view a signed form/contract takes a very long time (I'm actually typing this as I watch the wheel spin!). I used the filter to see only what was outstanding, which was longer than the page (I could tell by the counter to the right) and yet there was no scroll bar to move further down the list/screen! Did anyone test this before moving it out to the public for production? Absolutely awful. If I didn't have so many documents in…

  11. I am so disgusted with Adobe and their approach to disabling legitimately purchased Acrobat Pro XI that I have deleted my software and purchased PDF Element6 Pro. Their price is better than yours, the utility it provides is all that I require and I only have to pay for it the one time and not be subject to Adobe's extornionate practices. I bought Pro XI bundled with a Fujitsu 1200M scanner. Go after them not me if its 'counterfeit'. I shall avoid using or recommending Adobe software from now onwards.

  16. Is it possible to revert back to the previous design of the website?
    I don't think the new design is user friendly. With the old design it was easier to use as all agreements were categorised, ie:
    - Out for signature
    - Cancelled
    - Signed agreements
    If this is a feature that is available in the new design, please can you make it more obvious as to how to categorise the agreements. With the new new design, all agreements are just listed which is not efficient when you want to quickly check your agreements that you need to follow up…

  19. Can't view participant without opening- which is useless when you use templates.

    Template Library is not accessible unless you manually search for it.

    There is no way to effectively edit, resend, or manage the documents anymore.

    The inefficient changes are enough to look at other services that provide ease of use along with functionality. Don't want to got that route, but this is a productivity killer.

  20. This new update is extremely disheartening. I was just on a call asking for assistance and the software update failed to include some very essential components. I ask the individual who was assisting me and it seemed as though he was not familiar with the new update himself nor did it seem that he understood what I needed assistance with. I want to know if there is a way to separate templates, signed agreements, drafts, and those agreements waiting to be signed. Also, It seems as though I have to click on every agreement to figure out who it was…
