I stated with a free trial and was late in cancelling so I accepted the first monthly payment and went into my account and cancelled the plan. I have just been charged a second month and I would request a refund.

unable to put acrobat dc desktop on machine
creative does not work. I have attempted to download and execute it several times. I used the cleaner tool, I restarted the process. I can not get it to work, nothing is preventing it from loading I have load other apps without problems. I would like to have the desktop app, but it does not want to be on my desktop. Thank you Windows 10 updates and Acrobat for 16 hours of restoration to date.

Download button needs to be more clear
When you share links of PDFs. People cannot tell that you can download this file. I wish that you would more clearly label somewhere on here that you can also download this file! thanks.

Phone heats up while working
i have bee using adobe scan in my iphone. Really it burns a lot while scanning .Please give update to rectify.I cant even hold it in my hands.Its really a well build app and most helpful one for students. Thank You

PDF to Word
I paid to convert pdf to word. But it changed most of the document from English to French.
This will take me more work to fix all of this. And pointless to pay money for this. I would like a refund and I do not want to use your services anymore. My email is ktanton@ssisd.net. I'm very disappointed that I actually paid for this

Can't download all files
I can't seem to download all of my PDF files. I'm trying to download about 100ish file. There is no feedback as to why this is failing or how many files can be downloaded at once.

Unable to print, don't like cloud storage
Return the capability to have Reader on a local PC without linking to some 'cloud' for file storage. Return the capability to print the PDF files on the local PC without using a web-browser account login.
I am using a MacBook Pro w/ iOS 10.14.6 and am unable to print any PDF documents using the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. Apple support spent over an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't print the files (or even select pages) but was unsuccessful.
My options now? Either screen shot the page(s) into Word or use the apple Preview app to open…2 votes -

I cannot download to a second pc based upon the instructions.
I can only see BUYNOW, not DOWNLOAD.

Scan from a Book in PDF and copy from Acrobat
I use Adobe Scan to capture pages in pdf
Afterwards I go to Document Cloud to copy the text from the pdf
1) When I select text over multiple pages, copy it and paste it into Word then the text gets copied twice
2) When I scan text from a book, then the lines get curved/distorted towards the book spine. When I then copy the text from Acrobat it cannot recognise the text of one line. Would be nice, if the copy function recognise a text line and can copy it as one line, also if the line is curved2 votes -

Adobe.com "Manage Team" Admin Portal hidden from view with latest web site update
With the new Adobe.com website update, the "Manage Teams" function has been moved to be in the menu denoted by the (what I understand to be) new stylized "A" logo (the Blue circle with the triangle). The person that I chatted with the help me asked me to click on my user name in the top right corner of the adobe.com web page. which is what I was initially looking for. The new "A" blue circle logo does not give any indication that that is where the account information actually is after the web site sign-in is complete.
