Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I am trying to login to my account. It keeps taking me back to the buy more stuff page. Please fix this and make it easy for a person to just login. I don't want to have to go through the annoyance of looking at buying more, I just want to login to my product!

  2. Qu'est devenu Adobe Acrobat Pro pour lequel j'avais une clé de sécurité il y a environ 4 ans ? Il n'était pas question d'abonnement alors !! Adobe devient cher et ces abonnements ne sont que du vol !

  3. Hello, I received my renewal notice. I am fine with renewing Adobe for another year however please explain why my rate is increasing from $18.02 plus taxes per month to $25.99 plus taxes per month?

  4. This redirect is to an equivalent product that I already own and have a licence for - Adobe Acrobat Pro X.

    I do not regard the subscription as better value than the licence - Adobe may well disagree.

  7. Es imposible trabajar, me da error todo el tiempo, me dice que me suscriba cuando tengo una suscripción PRO. Hace semanas que no consigo hacer nada de aquello apra lo que lo contraté o lo hace de forma deficiente y no puedo darme de baja sin penalización. Me siento estafada.

  8. I used to live in russia. That was, thankfully, a long time ago. Since then I became an Irish citizen and live in Ireland. I wanted to use the Adobe service but the website shows me it cannot process a request for a free trial as if I'm still in russia. that would be tragic. Please consider giving users an option if they are not in the sanctioned countries. I donate money to Ukraine. Probably I registered an Adobe account a long time ago when I used to live there (>10 years ago).

  9. Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again

  10. started free trial. EVerytime I go to try an adobe function eg compress it takes me bak to the start a free trial page. Tried multiple times. SO disappointing.

  12. Yesterday I looked at your site about the tools I had available in my subscription prior to renewal. I checked and came to the conclusion that it had what I needed, the ability to turn a Microsoft doc to a pdf. Now I try to do it and the site wants me to upgrade. Why bother, I'll just send a jpeg! Wow, next screen, with options to cancel subscriptions, indicates you run into this problem frequently.

  17. I applied for a premium adobe Acrobat which I now have to pay for as every time I try to cancel it says I dont have an account. Why are you taking money from me if I dont have an account. I know have to report this as fraud

  20. Sorry, aber der Download und die Installation sind katastrophal.. Hinweis auf Sicherheitseinstellungen vom Exploerer (den es ja nun schon seit Jahren nicht mehr gibt)
    Firefox oder andere kennen Sie nicht ??
    Bei den ganzen Fehrlermeldungen (Popups zu Internet Explorer) die man dann nicht einmal mehr schliessen kann??) das braucht doch kein Mensch
